nice apartment with private garden and shared pool (open from 06/15 to 09/15), located a few steps from the lake that can accommodate 4 people (plus 1 baby cot provided). Parking in front of the accommodation Bike path 300 meters away Artisanal bakery and Lidl 300 meters away Mimizan village 1.5 km away (Leclerc, McDonald's, hairdresser, garages etc...) Mimizan beach 10 kms away with the ocean and beaches watch summer , bars , restaurants , pedestrian street) linens not provided.

The town center and its shops are 1.5 km away but 100 m away, across the street you will find Florian the market gardener and his good garden produce as well as regional products.

Duplex apartment in quiet "secure" residence with pool (June, July, August, September). Bedroom separated from the living room by large sliding door. Kitchen opens to living room. 8 m2 covered terrace facing south. Dedicated Wi-Fi in the apartment. Nearby bike path, Aureilhan pond… ocean 10 km away.
