We loved our 3 night stay. We are a couple and loved the space and how easy to get to main town Parked the car and left it! They had coffee and basic staples for cooking Would highly recommend staying here !!

The apartment corresponds to the description, is comprehensively furnished, a little smaller than shown in the photos, quietly located, a very nice balcony. However, it is 2.3 km to walk to the center. The path along the water is entertaining. Patrik was very friendly, flexible regarding check-in and gave us good tips. Overall, a very nice stay. Very well-equipped house and as described. view of the pine trees from the garden, slight overlooking on the sides but the neighborhood is nice. Proximity to a shopping center, access to walks from the house. requires transportation to get to the shopping streets or the beach. Quiet environment, nice garden. Very good stay in short.

We had a lovely stay at Estelle's place. The location is ideal, everything is within walking distance: ocean and super beach, restaurants, bars, bike rental, bakery, pharmacy and supermarket. Parking is available very close to the property. The accommodation is clean and functional. The enclosed terrace at the back is a real plus when you come with animals and is very nice to eat there. The bedding is comfortable, clean. Estelle is a super nice, responsive and good advice host. Really a flawless one.

We had a great time with my spouse in this beautiful house! The exchanges with Sophie and Roland were clear and friendly. The bikes available allowed us to quickly enjoy the surroundings (ocean, restaurant...). Thank you for everything! We'll be back with pleasure!

The house is perfect for a stay in Mimizan and to visit the beaches of the Landas. The drive to the beach area is comfortable and close. The house matches the photos in the listing and is very welcoming and comfortable for a family stay in summer. The yacuzzi in the garden is very useful and it is possible to park the vehicle within the private space of the house. The balcony space upstairs is very helpful and spacious. The property reached out to us throughout our stay and was extremely friendly both in welcoming us and in our march!

Trip for 4 (thirty-something couple + young retirees): easy arrival, warm and friendly welcome by Caroline the concierge, who immediately put us at ease with beautiful recommendations. Mathieu, the owner, was also very welcoming by SMS, despite his absence on site, we feel that he really wants his guests to have a good time. Both were available throughout the stay. The house is superb, well-equipped, very clean and the "beachfront" decor is soothing. 😊 The pool, heated and covered (or not), was perfect for this period, a little cool some days and in the evening. The setting is quiet and relaxing in a subdivision composed mainly of secondary residences. Not far from Mimizan beach where there is everything you want: beach, restaurants, shops… Thank you for making this beautiful home available to guests! 🧳🏖️ We had a great time all 4 of us and we'll be back, that's for sure! 🤩 See you soon.

Very well located apartment (on the beach and close to the city center by bike), well arranged and well equipped. We were able to enjoy the balcony which is nice (and perfectly oriented to enjoy the sunset). Parking space and bikes are very appreciable. Our host was very responsive and we were welcomed by his parents who were lovely and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect place to stay for an easy weekend with the family. Everything can be done on foot, the children loved the access to the beach near the apartment. The environment is quiet and peaceful, the apartment is functional and Myriam is very responsive. I would highly recommend it and would definitely come back!
