We had a great time in this well-located place close to everything and which fully matches the description. Very well maintained exterior with its pleasant pool. Jean-Pierre is welcoming and discreet, I recommend it without so much as a second thought.

Adored the property and the attention to every detail..its extremely comfortable both inside and out. The area is extremely peaceful and a lovely walk across the park (with lift) to reach town centre/beach and ferry for Cap Ferret. Plenty of local restaurants and lovely daily market to buy fresh food. Parc ornithologique is a lovely area to visit and Dunes are astonishing..despite being busy every day there was plenty of relaxation. Merci beaucoup.

the stay went very well at Hervé and Isabelle's, the accommodation matched the photos, it was well located for us (we were looking for accommodation in St Paul les Dax), also close to sourceo. The environment is quiet.

Very nice apartment, very well-equipped for a family of 4. Guillaume was very welcoming. Everything is planned for small children. The neighborhood is quiet and it takes a good twenty minutes to get to the city center on foot.

Ideally located studio with private beach access. Parking space is ideal. Several shops located 2 steps away. Communication with Gaelle was very easy. We had a great time!

Frankly great! We were hosted very well, Soraya is a really nice person and always available. We had a slight electrical problem that she was able to solve very quickly by always remaining available and attentive, as for the accommodation it really kept all its promises. I highly recommend it and thank you for everything Soraya!

We are delighted with our stay at Julien's! In addition to being functional, the house allows everyone to have their privacy, with rooms far enough apart from each other arranged around the living room, very nice, bright and nicely furnished / decorated. The place is very quiet, the only "noise" heard was that of the ocean, behind the pine forest that borders the back of the property, a real delight! Julien is responsive and available for any necessary information. We would have liked to stay longer!

Stéphanie was a caring, responsive and warm host, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend her place and would not hesitate to come back!

Excellent 3-day weekend in Aude's home. The house is splendid, tastefully decorated. This is my first time seeing such a well-equipped Airbnb, you won't want for anything. The house is bright, spacious, it feels good. A short walk to the beach, and 10 minutes to the city center, if you want to stroll through the streets of Mimizan-Plage. Aude is very friendly, extremely responsive when asked. The bedding is very comfortable, you sleep there like at home. I will come back to this place without so much as a second thought on my next visit to Mimizan. Thanks to Aude for her flexibility regarding schedules, her patience during my many requests. Go without hesitation!!!!!

Wonderful place to stay Aiguillon. Surrounded by historic Victorian houses. Wonderful small village beside us with excellent restaurants - l’Aiguillon. Bikes for rent close by. Only problem for us older travellers was the tiny stairs to our bedroom which might suit younger more agile visitors. Great balcony with loungers to catch the afternoon sunshine. More peaceful than hectic Arcachon which was a short walk away. Enjoyed our stay.

Hyper-functional apartment with stunning views of the Arcachon basin. Nicolas was very welcoming, available, with lots of information on places to see around the basin and lots of humor. I recommend this apartment to those who want to enjoy the Arcachon basin.
