Really quiet location but within a half hour drive of some lovely Shropshire towns and ideal for walkers. This is a great location for lovers of both town and country. Only a short distance to the magnificent Shropshire Hills which offer excellent hiking and cycling and also only a short drive to Shrewsbury Town Centre which is famous for its medieval buildings, Norman castle and Abbey. The town is great for shopping and socialising and hosts a large number of independent retailers, excellent restaurants, traditional pubs and cocktail bars. We have good internet access.

The Old Dairy looks out onto Fitz Church which is one of the oldest brick built churches in Shropshire. We live next door at Dovecote Barn but even though The Old Dairy makes up a separate wing to our home, it is completely self-contained with its own entrance and key safe.
