Grocery, gas, and restaurants are 3 miles away. This private apartment has a separate entrance (located on owner's property). Includes full kitchen, laundry and all ameneties.

Only 2 miles off highway,good road right up to door. Has 2 small decks.relaxing scenery, due to remodeling private fire pit not available You can get your exercise walking to the lake. Dock. We have loons, eagles, and some other Wildlife. On 17 mile lake. Has trout, so bring a pole. Great couple getaway. Questions just ask.

Enjoy a 2-3 person cozy hot tub during the cool evenings. (May-September) It is about 15 minutes from downtown Palmer. If you are up for fishing and hiking there are numerous lakes and trails.

If you are looking for a clean and quiet place at a reasonable price than you have found it.

Geode Apartment

I named this unit Geode-it is beautiful on inside and not renovated on the outside, yet. Built in 1949, a decade before Alaska was a state and stayed in the same family for many generations. Our family purchased it in May 2023. We are having fun up-cycling this special home. The funds go right back into renovating our property for future guests. We pour our hearts into our dream of restoring this special place.
