Vacation rentals with a patio in Anchorage

We were very happy with our stay. Everything was clean and the home met all our needs. The neighborhood was quiet and we were able to get a much needed rest after a long flight and evening of sight seeing. Jae was very prompt answering our questions. We would stay here again without hesitation.

House is well decorated and includes a few amenities. Anna is quick to answer messages and to share tips about the city. House is located on a street with easy access to any area in Anchorage. To access Unit 2, there is a set of stairs (about 4-5 steps).

Very clean place. We loved the large and comfortable couch in the living room. The beds are comfortable and the place was very home-like.

Grace was an amazing host and communication was the best. I went to her for many different suggestions on local activities and she always was able to provide great recommendation! The Airbnb was very clean and she has provided everything you might need to enjoy your stay.

We really enjoyed visiting Anchorage and Joey’s house was perfect for our family! The home was clean and we felt very comfortable there. The house was an easy drive to stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Heather's place was perfect! My husband and I were there with our twin 3 year olds, my sister in law and my mother in law, who has mobility challenges. This house was exactly what we needed. Plenty of space, everything was brand new and high end. The kids toys kept the boys busy and my mother in law really appreciated the handicapped accessibility. Perfect kitchen for cooking dinner for the family and the fireplaces, soaking tub and hot tub really helped make it a relaxing vacation. Absolutely no complaints here, what a great find!

Stephanie's place was just as described. Home was spacious and nicely arranged. Washer and dryer worked great and were a welcome sight as we had been traveling for five days prior. Host was communicative and friendly. No issues with appliances or bathroom. Would recommend staying here if visiting Anchorage.

Your home was absolutely perfect for our needs!! My son and I were here for doc appointments that were less than 10minutes away! My sister was visiting Alaska for the first time and my dog could run free in the yard!! Best place we’ve ever stayed and hope we can book again!!

This was hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Not only is the house absolutely gorgeous with spectacular views, but Joline really made it feel like home for us. She went above and beyond to make sure the house was fully stacked with anything you would possibly need + more. We came to Alaska for a wedding and this was perfect for our family of 5. Not kidding we didn’t want to leave the Airbnb at all. It’s even more gorgeous in person. Would 10/10 recommend staying here and we hope to come back one day! Thanks Joline!

What a cozy place to land in Anchorage! Our family of four felt right at home the moment we walked through the door. Rowena was very warm, flexible and responsive I requested an earlier check in and delayed check out because of my training schedule and she happily accommodated. This apartment felt like home. I am very particular about cleanliness and this home was impeccably clean. It was well stocked, and warmly decorated. It had a large, walkthrough master bedroom closet, and the master bed was luxuriously soft, while also supportive. The view of the mountains was a therapeutic start to my mornings and lovely to eat dinner and study with in the background. The garage was large enough to fit a large SUV. I loved this stay, and would return in the future!
