Monthly Rentals in Amboy

I enjoyed my stay at the Airbnb because everything was organized, clean and free of clutter. I enjoyed relaxing in the living room during the day because it was a comfortable space with the variety of tea in the cart. There was plenty of closet space, which was nice for organizing my clothes in, so I can readily find what I needed. So, overall it was a comfortable and inviting space.

We needed a place that could accommodate 9 people which this did nicely. For the larger adults who stayed in the loft, the beds could have been a bit bigger. Probably the beds were more suitable for regular adults or children. Dina may want to consider futons in the loft which could act as day couches and larger beds for sleeping. The deck and the outdoor fireplace were a bonus for morning coffee and evening conversations. The spring green on a sunlit morning was magical. The kitchen was well appointed as were the bathrooms. with 9 people the 3 bathrooms were very appreciated. A great value in a picturesque setting with county parks and a historic landmark nearby.

Brian was a great host. On Friday night there was some pretty loud music till about 2 am- but in the morning the owner of the bar apologized and explained they were doing a fund raiser to benefit a local family. The location is right downtown and close to everything. Air Play Coffee and Bakery next door is nice. The Precinct Pub less than a block has a decent menu and quaint pub. The year around Farmers Market is 3 blocks. Overall- Brian’s Red Door Air BnB was perfect for us.

Linnea’s place was adorable and she’s obviously put a lot of effort into making it feel like home. It was walking distance to an amazing cafe, shopping, and tourist destinations. There is a park on one side and a post office across the street so the area is very quiet. It was perfect for our trip.
