Vacation rentals with a patio in Alfredo V. Bonfil

We booked Mami’s condo for a June girls trip and it was perfect for us! We used Resort Pass to buy day passes to a few all inclusives in the area. Having a clean condo with a beautiful view, a gym, a rooftop bar/pool in a gated community was such a nice alternative to being stuck at a super busy all inclusive for a week. The condo was such a nice, quiet space to land after a busy day at the beach or sitting poolside at a resort. We checked out the cenotes, Secrets at Isla Muljeres (this is a must do,) got massages and facials at the Waldorf Astoria, did some shopping and had an awesome time exploring good restaurants. Our only gripe was the front gate insists you keep a wrist band on your wrist the entire week and would sass us when we just attached them to our wallets. I understand security is important but wearing a plastic wristband for a week that you cant remove felt unnecessary. No fault of Mami’s, she is a perfect host and very communicative/helpful/kind! Book it!

Arturo and Alfonso are great hosts. They are very attentive and will always answer any questions very quickly. The apartment has everything you need for a short or long stay, and it is very safe. I highly recommend this place because there are small shops close by, and the minibus stops right outside the front door. The air con also works well. Enjoy Cancun 🌞⛱✌☕🍹🍻

Had a great stay at Mike’s apartment. Will definitely return when in Cancun. The apartment is spacious and clean and the rooftop pool is great too. We enjoyed our time there!

Booked Luis’s place day of for a last minute stay and he was super accommodating. Comfortable accommodation for one night with all the needed amenities. Also quite a few restaurants and shops nearby. We arrived late at night and the place was a bit hard to find but Luis gives very detailed instructions which are helpful. Overall would recommend!

Could have done without having to wear wrist bands to get in and out of the building, otherwise we had a great stay

Ideal location for excursions. Safe area. Quiet sleep. Apartment very spacious. Car rental company near the IBIS Hotel. There is also a small German bakery downstairs (ideal for breakfast). Friendly communication with the host. Security staff at the entrance very accommodating. Will come again any time. Note: Uber is not allowed to pick up at the airport. The recommended pick-up service works well, but it is comparatively expensive. The return is going well with Uber.

we had a very nice stay! The apartment is just like the photos. Daniel is super friendly and attentive, he excels as a host. I stayed with my partner and my 2 children. I recommend it!

The accommodation is perfect, relatively close to the ADO, the palapas park and the bus stops that take you to the hotel area. Edain and his mother were always attentive to our needs and helped us with their recommendations. Having coffee and drinking water 24/7 is a huge plus. The accommodation has a pretty nice pool. We definitely loved everything. We'll definitely be back soon!!!

Wonderful everything loved it

It was my first time in Cancun, the truth is that there is always the uncertainty of the unknown. Janet was very kind, friendly and gave us recommendations for the place and instructions for the house. There is privacy and security so you can go for a walk in the subdivision late at night. The pool is 10/10 for spending time. His house made our stay in Cancun very pleasant and very safe, definitely if I have the opportunity to return I will. ☺️

I booked two listings that were next door to one another.. both places were great. 14B and 16a. I loved everything about them. I will be staying in both places again ...

A wonderful gem near Puerto Juarez! We stayed here for one night returning from Isla Mujeres and it was perfect. The hosts were so kind and met us to bring keys, give a tour, and make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was perfectly clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and stocked with everything you could need. Bathroom was spotless and had basic amenities. I prefer a larger bed but it was ok for one night, and would be perfect for one person. Fantastic common areas! A beautiful large pool with a sitting area on the ground floor and a small pool on the roof were both fantastic. Very, very clean and well kept. Even a vending machine with snacks, beers, and drinks was available. Very thoughtful design and we enjoyed spending the next morning by the pool. It is a modest location with nearby local restaurants. We felt very safe and comfortable. Would return for another stay before/after visiting Isla Mujeres!

This was my first time staying in isla mujeres, when I say it will definitely not be the last I mean it. Rodrigo’s place was the perfect place to be at during my stay. The bed was so comfy I barely lasted five minutes awake lol. As soon as we arrived I felt like home, he even made sure to call us taxis when needed. Rodrigo provided us a very organized pdf of recommendations for just about anything, making it super easy for us to find things to do. We used his golf cart recommendation and def was worth the money. Rodrigo exceeded my expectations and truly made my trip 1000% stress free. I’m very thankful to have met him. Will always recommend this place. Everything was 10/10.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was welcoming and responsive, making everything easy and stress-free. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

The house is excellent, Mrs. Ania is always super friendly, attentive at all times, the bathrooms are impeccably clean, a shopping mall nearby, in general, everything was excellent, thank you and of course I would stay in that house again 🤗

The place is identical to the photos, very nice comfortable beds, clean, has an equipped kitchen, there is no noise at night so you can rest perfectly Rosa is a great host, she is attentive and responds very quickly
