Very nice apartment on the water with a superb view, beautiful walks at the foot of the building. Really very relaxing in the middle of winter, very quiet, no traffic.

Very well located apartment on the natural harbor and in the village! The apartment is very cozy and functional. It is as advertised and is great value for money. As for the Hosts (Alexandra and Laurent) they are extremely kind and available as few are. A perfect stay from start to finish! The apartment is ideally located, with a very convenient parking space: once the car is parked, everything is done on foot. The view is breathtaking, you can't get enough of it, day or night! The place is perfect for relaxing for a weekend or longer. The host is super responsive, very pleasant and really concerned about our well-being. He shared a lot of good addresses, especially for eating well and enjoying the stay. An experience that we will repeat without hesitation. I'd go back there without a second thought! Thank you.

Super nice accommodation and ideally located 🙂 Close enough to beaches 🌊 and shops🍴 to walk 🚶🏻‍♀️and at the same time quiet with harbor views.⛵ I really enjoyed the gate of the residence directly overlooking the pedestrian dock! No car for 2 days🤩!! Well arranged and pleasant decor. Our stay was too short to enjoy a bike ride🚲, we'll be back!! Marine and Eddy are very responsive and very kind by message 👍🏻

Elfee's hosting was very nice. Listing is as advertised. Ile des Pêcheurs is quiet, the convenience store at the bottom of the building is convenient (as well as the bakery). If necessary, boat shuttles are available to get to the port center. Small walking tour to go around the island very pleasant. We recommend.

Impeccably clean, well-equipped and very conveniently located accommodation. Owner takes care of his hosts. This was my second stay in this apartment, I will return next year.

A lovely apartment on 3rd floor, with balcony, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed, modern clean shower room. Extra additions of beach umbrella and towels are useful. access straight onto the beach from building. Good bars, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Tourist office and an excellent Bolangere open all day are both in main square Mairie Annexe. 200 metres away. We had an enjoyable stay.

An idyllic stay by the sea! We had a great time at Philippe's apartment, ideally located on the seafront. The daily market, right at the foot of the accommodation, offers a nice selection of fresh local products: a real pleasure for cooking or simply enjoying. Many shops are also within walking distance, making everyday life very convenient. The beach is superb and perfect for long walks. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped, a real little slice of heaven for a relaxing vacation.

Ideally located accommodation if you are looking for calm, nature and disconnection but close to the city center (10-15min). Patrick welcomed us and showed us the accommodation very kindly. An ideal base for exploring this beautiful region. I would not hesitate to rent this accommodation again.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Everything was perfect and exactly as described in the listing. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Ms. Domique was incredibly helpful throughout my stay and assisted with everything I needed. Sabrina was also fantastic - she responded to all my questions very quickly and was very understanding and accommodating. The Host was professional, kind, and made me feel welcome. Everything was perfect, the welcome and good humor of Myriam, the magnificent view from the large terrace, the nearby beach, the swimming pool, the walks either by the sea or in the center of Sète just 20 minutes' walk away and the shops of the corniche 5 minutes away. We had a great time for a few days in Martine's beautiful apartment. Ideally located with a magnificent view of the canal and boats, the accommodation is both functional, very well-equipped and close to the most beautiful beaches of Cap d'Agde. It immediately feels like home. Martine and her husband are lovely hosts, very welcoming, who helped us with our luggage, showed great flexibility for check-in and check-out times, and gave us great tips to fully enjoy our stay. A big thank you to them, everything was perfect!

I had a wonderful time with Jessica and Ludovic. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail and very clean. The highlight was the view and wind protection and of course the great pool. Although very centrally located, it was very quiet. Supermarket, restaurants and wine merchants are within minutes walking distance. The beach is a 5-minute drive away. Jessica and Ludovic are very friendly and helpful. I can 100% recommend it. Thank you both very 😘 much. I really enjoyed being a guest with you.
