Vacation rentals with lake access in Agde

We spent 2 nights in Jean-Pierre and Catou's apartment, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, with the pleasant little terrace!

Excellent experience! Sandie is extremely responsive to messages, the accommodation matched the photos and is very well located about 30 minutes' walk from Lake Salagou. The accommodation is in a peaceful, quiet location, ideal for quiet evenings on the terrace. Sublime moment in Octon that we won't forget!

Ideal home for family vacations! Very well equipped for kids and grown-ups alike, nice decor, bright house with spaces suitable for 10/12 people. Pleasant exteriors with space. Beautiful view of the pond and the surroundings (splendid sunsets!) Safety at the pool which is completely separate but nevertheless a little cold (due to: cold wind and capricious weather) Recommended!

Isabelle received us extremely warmly, flexibly and helpfully. She was always available for questions and answered them quickly. The surroundings were simply fantastic – a beautiful historic city that feels like a journey through time. Thanks to Isabelle and Nathalie for a great stay!

Very pleasant cottage in which everything is there to spend a great vacation or weekend. Beautiful environment, quietly located, close to the lake and the village center. Damien and Flora are really friendly. Special mention: to the proposal to enjoy the products they grow and make. Nice approach. In summary, a slice of heaven!

Very nice rental, excellent for a person with limited mobility. Everything is accessible on the same level. Everything is in very good condition and good quality bedding.

Very pleasant stay in our cottage (Le Mas d'Hélène) with all comforts, which is on the ground floor of the owners' house. The cottage overlooks the large garden of the house. The garden is very well maintained and we enjoyed the deckchairs after our hikes. 😊 The owners, Sophie and Laurent, are very friendly, caring and available. Their dogs are adorable. They also have chickens. The village of Mons La Trivalle, right next door, is lively and pleasant with all amenities (Vival grocery store, bar, restaurant, market on Thursdays). The greenway runs through it (bike rental possible). The cottage is conveniently located for beautiful hikes in the Caroux and Espinouse massifs (Héric gorges, Colombière gorges, Caroux summit, etc.) without forgetting the pretty village of Olargues 8 km away. A big thank you to Sophie and Laurent for this very relaxing stay!

A very nice and cozy place. We have been there for a long weekend and we have been enjoying the view and the lagoon in front of us. A very good communication between us and a friendly host. We recommend that nice Haus.

We had a great time at Guy's apartment. He welcomed us warmly, the instructions were always sent quickly and with great precision. The accommodation was spotless, quiet, well located to reach the tram to Montpellier center. We will be happy to return to this apartment. A big thank you to Guy.

No words for this amazing home! Everything was perfect - all the way to the way the space was used and not one spec of dust. Quintessential French everything. The neighbors are all friendly and welcoming. The night is peaceful and there is activity down by the beach, which is just a short walk. I did not want to leave. There is no way you could be disappointed with staying here. Also, communicative hosts who were so helpful.

We had a great time! Sabine really hosted us well, smiling kindness, very professional! Very good advice on the city, we even got to see a filming scene of "Demain nous appartient" thanks to her! The apartment is superb, brand new, quiet and very well located! So we recommend it to everyone!

A little timeless weekend in a beautiful environment by the Thau pond. Very cute and super-equipped accommodation. We had a really lovely time here. The house is cute and has everything you’d need. The town is small, picturesque and has some local vineyards for wine tasting. The lake nearby is great for swimming. I’d highly recommend!

We had a great stay. The environment was perfect, Gabby has a world that puts you right in the atmosphere of the holidays. The accommodation is just perfect, a cozy little nest where it feels good. The house had recently been refurbished to a very high standard. We felt very welcome there, with excellent stocks of essential supplies. We would not hesitate to book another stay there.

Great find, loved our stay with the family for a few days. Situated in very small village with beautiful surroundings. House was charming and came with all amenities. Sébastien was responsive and very helpful.

Sylvie was a really great host! We did not met her in person but everything was organized so well. The house and garden are great. We actually did not use the full space of the house because the garden is a great place to have a barbecue, just relax in the outdoor chairs or we brought our own hammock which we hang between the trees. There are a lot of moskitos but in the house there are nets, so no blame to Sylvie this is great!

Beautiful square. Admiring sunrise over the lagoon right from the bed, just a few steps to the sandy beach or even to the town square. Perfect! However, due to the location, there is also quite a bit of noise!

Very nice environment. The accommodation matches the photos and is tastefully decorated. It feels great for a romantic weekend in nature. Lots to do nearby. Very pleasant calm. And a special mention for Berlioz, who we really liked. If he's gained weight, excuse us, but he's so cute. We loved our stay and will come back. Very kind and discreet host despite the proximity of their home. No complaints, everything was perfect.
