Vacation rentals with beach access in Agde

The accommodation is really very well located, we are close to everything. The accommodation is small but very well arranged. We had all our meals outside so we didn't test the kitchen amenities. For 4/5 days, ideal accommodation. The concierge is great. They are a couple, very welcoming, available and responsive, very flexible on schedules. We will come back without hesitation.

The accommodation offers a fantastic view of the sea and you are on the beach in 20 seconds. We were there with our 7-month-old daughter and there were a lot of helpful things for babies (high chair, crib, toys..). Kitchen equipment is also good and we were very happy with the good beds. Communication with Sandrine and Marc was flawless and very friendly. The panoramic view is fantastic but also has a flaw: in the morning until about 2 pm the sun shines very strongly and heats the apartment very quickly. Fortunately, however, there are well-functioning air conditioners in every room. The way to shops/bakeries is within walking distance 30 min (easy) but not very close.

A very pleasant stay with a very nice and cozy apartment. Sheets and towels included in the price, which lightens the suitcases! Private parking that allows us to leave our car safely and do everything on foot! 🏝Beach right in front of the apartment not to mention the restaurants and shops nearby. We had a great weekend with friends. The house is great, bright, fully equipped and suitable for a stay for families or groups of friends. The host is super welcoming and was flexible in terms of schedules. The host who knows the area kindly informed us about the good places to visit nearby. We recommend it +++. We had a great time at Paul's house. The views are magnificent, the pool is too. The living and dining area is open and bright and very suitable for groups. Also the division of the bedrooms. You have the option to retreat if you want. Paul was always available and gave us helpful tips. His father was also very friendly. Both speak good English. We will be happy to come back anytime!

This is a lovely house in a quiet neighbourhood. Spotlessly clean with equally pristine equipment. It is a pleasure to cook there. We think it a comfortable house with a lovely bedroom, bed and bedding. It is a bonus to have private parking within the property. It's not too far to walk to the seafront at le Grau d'Adge. And of course, the house is situated only a three minute walk from the beach.

Excellent modern house, not far from a beautiful beach. The house is spacious and looks just like the photos - it had all the amenities you would want and the furniture and climate control was perfect. The local area was a bit lively at times, which was nice - most nights this ended at midnight but the house is well sound proofed. Lots of room for everything and well provided amenities. Definitely would recommend.

Warm welcome by Mireille who is very friendly. We only stayed one night but very functional accommodation. Good quality bedding, we slept very well. Accommodation in a dead end street so no noise which is very nice. Close to the beach on foot. We are fans of Airbnbs and this one is in our top 5. We'll be sure to come back if we come to the area. In one word, perfect as always

Very good welcome from Philippe, he is a host attentive to the smooth running of your stay and available if needed. Still reachable. As for the apartment, in addition to being super well-located, close to the beach, the city center, and the port, it is really very nice, nicely decorated, well equipped and very functional. From the terrace, we saw on dunes (wild), which gives access to a path along the cliffs, overlooking the sea (beautiful) ideal for walks and jogging. We had a great time (far too short), and we would definitely recommend Philippe's apartment. Martine and Pascal

Everything very easy all the way through from booking to check-out with very informative instructions and communication. Ideal location in the harbour but quiet and cosy inneryard. Very clean and nice in every aspect, we enjoyed our stay a lot!

Studio rented for 2 nights and chosen for its location, I was not disappointed. Ideally located, in the heart of a shopping street, many bars/restaurants/ice cream parlors in the immediate vicinity, beach within walking distance. The studio was very clean, well arranged. Favorite for the very clean and modern kitchenette area. Small terrace very nice despite the view of the shopping street and I appreciated the roller shutter that allows you to protect yourself from the opposite side and the heat. Communication with the hosts was perfect because you receive a first message as soon as the reservation is made, then the day before your arrival all the instructions to collect the keys and access the accommodation are sent to you in a very detailed way. I would recommend it in a second.

Conveniently located apartment with full views of the harbor in the setting sun with a terrace large enough for 4. Shops nearby, beaches and dock centers a few meters away. Over-equipped kitchen, comfortable appliances to have a good stay. Comfortable bedding, bathroom and shower with beautiful space. a lot of storage for 4 people. Finally, a very welcoming host, good advice and helpful. Go there without a second thought for a good advice, guaranteed time.

Clean accommodation with lots of equipment. It is conveniently located near the center and the port. All amenities are within walking distance. Alexandre was very responsive, friendly and accommodating.

As always, a great stay in this apartment where we have our habits. The apartment is perfectly equipped, clean, comfortable and ideally located for enjoying Sète.
