Simple accommodation perfect in every way! Very clean, good location, quiet and functional. Host is responsive and welcoming. No complaints, would definitely recommend!

Gorgeous unit with all amenities necessary for our 3 night stay. The view was absolutely breathtaking and restaurants, grocery & bars within a 5 minute walk. The only thing missing for us was beach towels, we didn’t have our own as we traveled from Canada. They did offer beach mats & a umbrella. We would highly recommend

Second stay at Charlotte's place. It was another pleasure to spend these few days in this beautiful apartment. The beach and bike path at the foot of the building are a real plus. We loved it.

Very nice quiet apartment with astounding views of the Thau pond. Clean and well organized. Cleaning was not included in the prize and proper cleaning materials not provided.

We spent 3 days in Stephan's accommodation and immediately adopted it. It is very functional, bright, pleasant to stay in. The rooms are large, the bedroom even has a terrace. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, and the toilets are separate which is nice. As it is on one level, the apartment has a very large shaded terrace that allows you to eat outside. Even if it is on the edge of the coastal avenue, calm reigns and at night no noise disturbs our sleep. The beach is just across the street, you just have to cross the dune. The presence of a few small convenience stores about 500 meters away is a plus. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, good quality bedding with a 160 bed. It has a private parking space in the residence In short, you feel good at Stéphan's!

Excellent stay. Complete apartment, sufficient and above all everything is accessible without a car. Lots of amenities next door and restaurants. Beach 5 min walk and it's quiet and clean.

Great stay with a beautiful place and a welcoming host.

I booked this apartment for my 80-year-old parents. Everything was perfect, the welcome and good humor of Myriam, the magnificent view from the large terrace, the nearby beach, the swimming pool, the walks either by the sea or in the center of Sète just 20 minutes' walk away and the shops of the corniche 5 minutes away. Communication with Frederic was neat and proactive. He shared with us local gems and we were also able to visit Montpellier at one of the evening. We also enjoyed the grill and in general the time at the premises. Hope to visit this region next time for a more longer period.

A good place to get away even for an evening! I was working in Montpellier and felt like I was on vacation. The beach 2 steps away with a good swim allowed me to disconnect and enjoy an evening with my partner. The village center is a 10-minute walk away, we didn't even use the car. Bliss!

Clear instructions from Jean, a glorious welcome from Michele and the knowledge that support is always at hand make this a must-stay place, whether you want to explore the local area or just sit and watch the world go by. We will be looking to book again in the coming years and it has immediately gone to the top of our places to stay in, not only Cap d’Agde but possibly the whole region.
