How about an express coaching session while walking the streets of Paris to combine business with pleasure? Have you ever been coached? Essentially, coaching is listening and questioning. No advice, no ready-made solutions. As for express coaching, it is focused on a specific objective or on a defined problem. Punctual, informal and engaging, it does not replace so-called normal coaching, but it can help you open up new perspectives. The goal of this experience is 1) to show you around my lovely Paris neighborhood on foot, and 2) to accompany you by listening to you and asking you questions in complete confidentiality. Jean-Jacques Rousseau (1712-1778) said "Walking has something about it which animates and enlivens my ideas. I can hardly think while I am still; my body must be in motion to move my mind." Step 2: Mixing Your Colors Now comes the fun part—color blending! With a variety of natural pigments and mica powders, you’ll mix colors to create the perfect shade. No matter what colors you like, we will find out the best way to create the exact colors you envision. We also supervise the colors that best suits your lips and your skin if necessary. Step 3: Adding Essential Ingredients Once you’ve perfected your color, enhance your lipstick by adding essential oils for a hint of scent and extra nourishment. Your lipsticks can not miss the aroma. The essential oils will help it spread the great smells and make you more attractive Step 4: Melting and Pouring With your blend ready, it’s time to heat and pour the mixture into molds. Watch as your creation takes shape, transforming from a liquid to a solid lipstick.

Perfume creation workshop

The workshop is a smart and memorable sensorial experience: an innovative way to discover the world of perfumes and Parisian refinement. We will share with you our passion for perfumes and we will help you create your customized fragrance. The workshop on FRIDAY AT 5:00pm & SATURDAY AT 5:30pm is IN FRENCH all the others are in English. For 2 hours, we will lead you on an imaginative and inspiring journey during which you will discover the fascinating world of perfumes, from their history to the secrets of their making. You will then create your personalized fragrance by combining two or three of our fragrances within a collection of 24 and you will leave with a bottle of your own blend. A 50ml/1,7 fl oz bottle of your fragrance is included in the price. Additional options are available at the shop : making a second fragrance, engraving your bottle... You can register your formula at the end of the workshop, so that you can reorder in the future. This activity is equally entertaining for men and women, from 10 to 99 years old ! Duration can vary a little depending on how fast you are with your creation, the number of participants and... how many questions you have. Late arrival is disturbing for you and for other participants, we can accept you if you are less than 15mn late.

We meet in front of the east entrance of the Parc des Arènes de cimiez 110 bd de cimiez. The purpose of sylvotherapy is to relax and connect with nature. Suitable for any level of fitness, it's a therapeutic, immersive, wellbeing activity that aims to bring peace and connection while also having long-term benefits for your mental and physical health. We walk slowly, in silence, in mindfullness. We will sometimes stop to fully sink into the moment, enjoy the light, the smells , listening to the sounds around you, feeling the sensations of air on your skin. Learn the art of doing nothing, just being here and now. After a while, we settle in a nice place for a guided meditation and a connection with the trees. We continue our walk to reach a lovely point of view, where we drink a homemade herbal tea and you can share your experience with everyone in the group if you wish.
