Beautiful Holiday Home on the Beach
Situated in a beach front location near the seaside resort of Aberystwyth, this attractive, detached holiday property, next to the owner’s home, is an ideal touring base for the family looking to explore the lovely coastline of Ceredigion. The property has been tastefully decorated throughout, with a galley-style kitchen, contemporary bath and shower rooms and an open-plan living area. Outside, there is a private balcony overlooking the spectacular coastline, where you can sit, relax and unwind.

Traditional Coastal Self-Catering Farmhouse
Ffyllon Fawr is a south facing farmhouse built approx 1890 and has been sympathetically renovated and modernised recently. The farmhouse is in an elevated position and overlooks the farmyard and the beautiful open countryside. To one side is a level patio area with a picnic table/bench leading onto a sloping lawn area. (N.B Bedrooms not requested and booked for are secured allowing us to offer a reduced booking cost for a smaller number of guests. The farmhouse is not shared with other guests.)

Cosy cottage within walking distance of the beach
Characterful and deceptively spacious cottage located in a quiet residential area within the popular seaside town of Aberystwyth. Whether visiting the picturesque harbour to experience the sunsets over Cardigan bay, Aberystwyth Castle or to enjoy some of the country’s best restaurants, bars and independent shops, all are within walking distance from this town centre property. The beach and historical promenade are just two streets away, along with a wealth of amenities right on the doorstep.

St Mark's School
Relax and unwind in this beautiful converted 1880s school. Plenty of original school features are still on display. Situated 15mins drive from the royal Welsh show ground in Builth, 15mins from Rhayader and the Elan Valley, 15mins from Spa town Llandrindod wells, just over an hour to Aberystwyth and west coast beaches, it is the ideal location! The house sits on the edge of a forestry leading up a hill with stunning views and lots of dog friendly walks/bike rides. Ideal for fishing in the Wye!

Gwarcwm Farm Crog Loft Hot Tub and Riverside Sauna
A crogloft is a traditional Welsh mezzanine, tucked away in the eves. Somewhere to quiet retreat to. Gwarcwm's Crog Loft is at the heart of the home, an old farmhouse beautifully restored. We hope you will love it as much as we do. The house is attached to a small field that slopes steeply down to a river at the bottom. We've recently finished building a sauna next to the river and installed a wood-burning hot tub, making this a perfect place to wind down when the day's adventuring is done.

Hen Efail - Old Smithy
Recommended by the Sunday Times (12.09.21), Hen Efail is close to Cors Caron (the largest raised bog in Britain), the Cambrian Mountains and only 30 minutes' drive to the beautiful Ceredigion coastline. Its village location means it is only a short walk to independent shops, restaurants and pubs. Hen Efail has spacious rooms, yet maintains a cozy country feel with exposed beams/stonework and wood burning stove. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, families with kids, and pets.

Spacious 3 bed House overlooking Aber town centre
My three bedroomed house is a typical terraced house, but step up through the front door, it opens up into a modern spacious accommodation, over three flours. Situated in an elevated position overlooking the heart of Aberystwyth, the quiet neighbourhood becomes a peaceful haven when the daily hustle and bustle settles down. Enjoy superb views of the townscape and distant sea view. Only a short walk to all amenities. Shops, train station, busses 7min and promenade and beach 9min.

Cosy Ceredigion Townhouse
Vibrant townhouse set over four floors, bathed in sunlight, full of character and only a 10 minute walk from the beaches, National library, golf course, University (and its extraordinary arts centre) and all amenities. Aberystwyth - "feels like a village, shops like a town, plays like a city, works like a dream." This is not a house for minimalists or those with mobility issues as there are multiple staircases. Rockside is a stones throw away from the beautiful blue flag beach of Borth. It has been renovated to offer a stunning 3 bedroom holiday house with open plan kitchen and diner downstairs and a living room which opens out onto a balcony upstairs for breathtaking views over cardigan bay. It is within walking distance to local shops, cafes, restaurants and boutique cinema. You can enjoy the beach and coastal path on your doorstep or take a drive inland to nearby Aberystwyth.

Whatever time of year you choose to stay you'll fall in love with the fabulous scenery of the Ceredigion coastline and views of Snowdonia beyond.

Old Fishermans Cottage
Stay in an authentic Mariners cottage a few minutes walk to the sea on the beautiful Cardigan bay coastal path. This is where quaint seaside towns and villages are nestled between the beautiful seascapes.
