The apartment is on the first floor overlooking the forest and the river valley. There is a bedroom with a double bed, kitchen, private bathroom and a cozy living room with a workspace and internet access. Access to the garden in the forest edge and the possibility of walking in the forest. Free parking and the house is a 10-minute walk from the bus connection to Aarhus city center. No pets allowed.

The apartment is close to a beautiful botanical garden, shopping center Nord and has good bus connections to the whole city. In addition, there is free parking in the area around the apartment. My bright and quiet apartment is located in the middle of Øgaderne, which is a very central, quiet and charming area in Aarhus The apartment is located in Smørhullet with a 5-minute walk to the very central Aarhus with cafes, bars and shopping opportunities PARKING: From Friday at 5 pm to Monday at 6 am, there is free parking 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Other days, there is the possibility of nearby and cheap parking (yellow zone) The third bed is an 80x190 guest bed, which is placed in the living room.

While the area is residential and quiet, you have bus stops, markets, parks, and just 3km/10 min to the city center, making it an ideal base for you. Note the ceilings are lower than usual.

I Aarhus finder du både spændende shopping-muligheder og kulturtilbud af enhver art. Lejligheden er 80kvm med et meget smukt lysindfald. Her et lækkert køkken alrum, bad, soveværelse og altan med udsigt over havn og hav. Det fantastisk at åbne ud til altanen og nyde den friske havluft samt nyde et glas vin til udsigten.

Tiny House Lindebo er et lille hyggeligt sommerhus. Huset er placeret i en hyggelig have, med en dejlig overdækket sydvendt terrasse. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Cozy and centrally located apartment

Our lovely home in the center of Aarhus is located at the top of the property. The entrance starts on 3rd floor and leads up to the living room. The staircase divides it with sofa and dining area with access to the balcony. 3 rooms – double bed in one, 160 cm in another and single bed in the third. One can lie on a mattress on the floor or on the sofa. Large kitchen and bathroom with shower and tiled floors with heating. There is everything you need for a nice holiday or weekend.

Entire new 30m2 studio

Brand new studio house in a quiet and beautiful area 5 km away from Aarhus center. Public transportation (bus and train) can be taken 300 m away, and the closest supermarket is 400 m away. The house counts with everything you need for a comfortable stay, with a complete kitchen and toilet, sofa bed of 1.4x2m, internet, smart TV with Netflix and HBO Max, towels, bed linen and much more. There is a direct access to a 800m2 garden. Only small dogs allowed (<10 kilo).
