Walking distance to all attractions in the center of Aarhus and a stone's throw from cafes, restaurants and shopping in the new district of Aarhus Ø. The apartment is well equipped and tastefully decorated with designer furniture. Bedroom with double bed. Living room with kitchen, dining area and sofa bed with two extra sleeping places. Up to 4 beds in total. Close to sea bath and access to shared sauna. Guest parking for a fee in the basement.

Lovely home (year 2020) in a truly unique location. Located right down to the water with its own sandy beach and where you can swim all year round. The home contains a sauna with a window to the water, from where you can really enjoy the sight of the calm water while completely disconnecting. For the house, there are also 3 canoes/kayaks and associated life jackets, so you can enjoy one of Denmark's largest lakes, which is also connected to the Gudenåen. You can also fish directly from the house where the lake is rich in fish.

Take break and relax with the view over the sea or the city of Aarhus from the top residential floor. Your may enjoy the nature changes just in front of your eyes like never seen before. Aarhus ø has a lots of cool places from coffe to fine dining, when your are done with the day or just waking up your can also take a swim in the Ocean on the north side of the building with both sauna and outdoor shower. Kids: there is a huge playground in our gated yard with slide swings and trampoline.

Lovely cottage on the East Jutland Riviera. There are white sandy beaches and the most beautiful bathing water. The beach is a short walk of 400 meters from the cottage. You can rent this small cozy cottage for your and your family's vacation. The house is 48 m2, it was built in 2018, contains a living room/kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with washer and dryer. In connection with the large terrace, there is a nice annex with 3/4 beds. You must bring your own linens, towels, etc.

The exterior of the house features a distinct Nordic design, characterized by wooden paneling. A spacious lawn surrounds the structure, complemented by a variety of trees and shrubs. Outdoor seating areas are visible, creating inviting spots for relaxation and socializing.

This unique home has its own Nordic style. Everywhere inside and outside is decorated with togetherness in mind and the desire to spend time in every room.
