Our child-friendly house is located on a closed road with a path to the forest and beach. There is a nice view. The garden is large and has several terraces. There is plenty of space in this spacious and unique home. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 living room and 1 bathroom/toilet. There is a mini kitchen with 2 hotplates, a mini fridge, and oven. Private entrance and exit to the terrace. No stairs. You can walk along the water - through the forest to Aarhus city center. It is 5 km. Bus stop just around the corner and shopping 1 km from the home

Cozy and new home for the family, couple or friends in the new and popular district of Aarhus Ø. The location of the home at Bassin 7 means that during your stay you are close to the harbor swimming pool, cafes, restaurants, shopping, etc. Take a walk along the promenade, take the fishing rod out on the pier, take a dip in the harbor pool, see the view from the Lighthouse (142 m) or eat at one of the many new restaurants and cafes in the nearby area. The house is located on the beach with private access. Spectacular views over the bay. The beach is good for kids as it’s shallow and easy. The house is 125 m2 on two floors. It has two separate bedrooms and a single bed on the repos. A large kitchen and living room. Bathroom with washing machine. The area is quiet and sought after by both danish and foreign holidaymakers. Close by is a little marina. Shopping five kilometres away. Heating included and wood for fireplace provided in winter.
