The kitchen is with full service and kitchen utensils, including hot plate, oven, coffee maker and exit to the balcony, where there is a dining area and barbecue. The apartment is a 10-12 minute walk to the water and train station. The bus 5A goes 50m from the door.

The house is from 1935, so the apartment has patina and charm and is located in a quiet residential area. There is a private entrance, kitchen with most things and bathroom with large shower. There is underfloor heating and plenty of space in the room and hallway areas, etc. Walking distance to the university and the city center and a few minutes to buses on Viborgvej and Ringgaden. If you come by car, there is free parking.

Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.
