It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There are two covered terraces.

Velkommen til Isbjerget! Denne fuldkomne unikke oplevelse denne lejlighed giver, er noget I vil huske i lang tid. Fra dobbeltsengen fra Carpe Diem ser man direkte ud på Aarhus Bugt. Nærmest som om ens fødder er i vandet. Lejlighed er på 80 m2 på 6. sal og er udstyret med opvaskemaskine, vaskemaskine og tørretumbler, så dine våde håndklæder kan tørres efter et morgenbad i havet. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.
