The house is located in scenic surroundings on a closed road and therefore there is peace and quiet. In the winter months, there is a view of the sea, which is 400 meters from the house. There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There are two covered terraces.

Our cottage is built of wood from our own forest, it contains an entrance, a large bedroom, bathroom and a kitchen living room. In addition, there is a cozy dining area, as well as a covered terrace. The cottage is located on the edge of a slope so the view is amazing. The wildlife in the forest can be followed from every room in the cottage, you can also look down to the large lake in the garden. We have a large trampoline, as well as a football field that you can use freely. We live in the neighboring house, so we are close by if you need anything😊

The house is located 300-400 m from the beach and close to beautiful hiking trails in Mols Bjerge (4 km to Trehøje). The house is located on a nice large plot with space for garden games and behind the house is a slope with large beech trees. The cottage is located 2.5 km from the very child-friendly Femmøller Strand, and there is a path all the way. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.

We offer a newly renovated cottage on a quiet and enclosed property. There are plenty of opportunities to enjoy the holidays both inside and out. In the garden there is good entertainment for children - both trampoline, play tower and swings. There is internet as well as smart TV with internet in the summerhouse. Tenants must bring bed linens, towels, dish towels, cleaning cloths, and soap.

Room 1: Small double bed (140 cm) Room 2: Two built-in single beds and one junior bed Room 3: Two bunk beds, or convert the lower bunks into a double bed with two single beds on top. You will find the mattress for the double bed stored in the cabins under the beds.
