Exceptional, beautiful, and spacious. Just needed a place to spend the night prior to picking up the boat the next day. It’s so easy to check-in and soooooo much better than staying at a hotel. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

This place is absolutely wonderful. Kathleen and John truly go above and beyond to make sure all of your needs are met and you feel right at home during your stay. We were greeted with warmth and comfort during our entire visit, and are already planning on staying with them again next time!

Your home was the perfect fit for me, my niece and great niece. It was nice to each have our own comfy bed on scent free sheets. We loved the funky, unique feel of the place and really enjoyed all the art work. We appreciated the snacks, coffee, tea and 1/2 n 1/2 provided. UNE was only one mile down the road which was really convenient. We enjoyed eating at Jewel of India and Coco’s Bar and Grill. Our favorite place in town was Elements where you can have a coffee, tea or beer while you browse the bookstore. Ian and Suzen were great hosts!! I would definitely book this space again!! UNE is still my great-niece’s 1st choice.

Wonderful stay, the place was in a beautiful location, walkable to Wolfe’s Neck Farm where we love to walk. My husband and I were there the first few days, then our adult daughter joined us for two nights. The place is small (described accurately) but the three of us found it very workable. The king bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of outside patio space to lounge and soak up the sun when it was out. This was a work trip for us as we were getting a property in a nearby town ready for sale. We didn’t have time to use the provided kayaks but hope to in a future stay. The hosts very friendly and accommodating, highly recommended this property.

Thank you Kaedra for creating such a lovely place to stay to get away. My husband and I stayed here after getting married at Fruitlands and Kaedra went above and beyond by decorating the room with fresh flowers and putting out some thoughtful poetry for us to read. She was incredibly kind and welcoming. The loft is full of charm and it felt like a home away from home.

The suite was well stocked, clean, and cozy. Chris was a great host, friendly and very responsive to any questions we had.

Amy's place was exactly as expected. Peaceful and quiet location. Amy greeted us upon arrival and showed us a quick tour and answered any questions. Amy made sure we had what we needed and I would definitely stay here again

Loved John’s place in Cape Neddick! Convenient to multiple seaside towns making sightseeing a breeze and loved being a short easy walk to the beach for beautiful beach days. Listening to the ocean each night was a dream. Don’t sleep on his restaurant recommendations, they were all amazing. Would love to visit again!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Sarah and Joshua thoughtfully provided a local guide to Salem ahead of our trip, and even stored our luggage when we arrived before check-in so we could explore unencumbered. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the heated bathroom floor was a delightful bonus. Conveniently walkable to/from the Commuter Rail Station and Downtown Salem. Highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back!

I had a great experience at this Airbnb. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and the host was very kind and responsive. Alicia and Sean were tremendously accommodating hosts and their property was the perfect choice for my wife, toddler, and I. We wanted to get away and enjoy New England and to be immersed in scenic Maine for our stay. This property provided location, comfort (the space was beyond cozy, near, and well decorated), and an opportunity to stay in a beautiful neighborhood. We will definitely stay here next time.

I really enjoyed my stay at Logan’s place. Everything was exactly as described. Very short walk to my favorite beach. I am originally from the area and can vouch personally a location like this is unheard of in the area, a short walk to the city’s most popular beach where you don’t need to worry about parking to get in is a huge plus. Everything looked like the pictures and Logan was available via direct message if I needed anything but I felt as though my privacy was respected which was appreciated.

Very friendly host, very clean place, lovely home and property, and very quiet. A perfect Airbnb for our two night stay where we enjoyed some time at the beach and ate at great restaurants. Highly recommend the Beach Pea in Kittery for breakfast. Yummy.

The Loft at Love Lane was amazing! Perfect for a quick little staycation. It was cozy, quiet, and just what we needed! Jody was an incredible host; responsive friendly and accommodating. She even left baked goods for us the morning of check out! Would definitely recommend!!!! Thanks Jody! xo

This is our third time staying at the Farmhouse by the Sea and we loved it just as much as the other times. The living area is perfectly appointed with clean & comfortable furniture, a large table for games and puzzles, and a full kitchen with everything you need. You feel cared for with the little touches such as water bottles, throw blankets, and all the temperature and lighting options one could ever need. Plenty of channels on the TV too. The area is beautiful!! We spent a lot of time at Kettle Cove and the Lobster Shack at Two Lights. Also recommend Mainely Noods for ramen in Portland and C Salt gourmet market in Cape Elizabeth. Thank you to Karen & family for another great vacation!

We enjoyed our stay here as it was close to many amenities. Nadine was proactive in all communications. Very clean, cozy, comfortable and up to date. Very quiet and we felt right at home. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Nadine for blessing us with your space for 4 days.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this beautiful little spot is! We felt so cared for and welcomed, and truly they thought of everything. We had an amazing visit to Boston, and spent mornings in Salem and Marblehead, which was such a perfect New England town. We would recommend and would certainly stay again if given the chance! Absolutely wonderful hosts!

Excellent instructions and directions. All information was clearly stated. Unit is the lower floor of beautiful house. Entry was via keypad to a door around the back. Place is very spacious and extremely clean. Highly recommended .

This is our third stay with Mike and Susan - they are always so helpful and friendly, and their home is a beautiful and peaceful stay!

Nice little ground floor apartment associated with the home with entrance that felt private (and parking spot). It was set off from the street so the unit was quiet. There is a minimalist kitchen for basic tasks (e.g., coffee preparation, toasting). We used this location as a jumping off point to Uber into Portland, which was perfect. Highlight was the very cute cat named Luna who visited us throughout our stay.

Peter's lovely granddaughter greeted us upon arrival and helped us get settled. And Peter was also very communicative from booking to departure and seemed like a great guy! The place had so many thoughtful touches such providing oat milk, charging cords, and helpful restaurant recommendations. We certainly enjoyed our stay

Tim was there when we arrived to help us check in. He also provided helpful information to walk to the local lighthouses. We had everything we needed and the space was beautiful and comfy! Plenty of kitchen and bath items, which is always helpful while traveling. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. We slept with the windows open every night during our stay and were not disturbed at all! Super cute, comfortable, and clean place! Don't hesitate to book this place. If you want to venture across the bridge, Uber was quick and inexpensive. Parking was great and washer and dryer were a huge plus! The natural lighting was beautiful in this place! We also had plenty of privacy and room for the two of us.
