We had a group of 10 staying here and we all fit very comfortably. Having the rollaways for the kids was nice. We enjoyed being close to restaurants and stores. Check in was easy. The location of the house is great. It is an old house so there are the quirks that come with that but we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay at Julie’s beautiful home. Her home was even nicer than the pictures. Great kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Open layout so we can all converse no matter what we were doing. Beds were comfortable. But the outside stole the show. The upper deck was spacious and had great views. The hot tub was just what we needed. Then you walk down to the dock and there is enough space for everyone to lay out. Lots of kayaks and paddle boat. Had fun exploring and fishing the lake. Perfect home for families to come together and catch up!! Oh, and the lower level was perfect with ping pong, foosball and tv for late night fun!! Would recommend to anyone wanting to be in the lake region of NH.

A wonderful weekend getaway! My husband and I stayed at Sophia’s place this past weekend after our wedding and it was exactly what we were hoping for. During our wedding we opted to exchange vows privately, but we didn’t end up reading them to each other until the following day after we had arrived. Who else can say that they exchanged vows while sitting by a cozy fire making s’mores?! Sophia’s home will hold a special place in our hearts. This house was perfect for me and my guests! All 7 of us fit perfectly, It didn’t feel too overcrowded! We loved the beautiful view off the deck and the hot tub was an amazing touch! The house was very clean and had everything we could’ve needed. I loved how clear the instructions were for everything and how responsive the hosts are if you need anything!

Wow! David was so responsive to our last minute booking request. He gave us all of the information we needed. This place has it all! Great records, cards, everything you need for cooking, a wonderful hot tub, plenty of tp (hey some places don't!) There were two of us and our pup. We tried all of the beds, had naps in each one, because hey, it's vacation! They are so comfortable. The linens were clean and more than enough pillows. We drove down to the beach, which was really nice. Our only downside was because of all of the rain, so many mosquitos! Not David's fault of course, but if you come after a rain, bring spray! This place has it all. David made everything easy for our last minute getaway. Thank you for sharing your piece of heaven with us!

We would definitely go back for another stay. Carl is a wonderful host and was very responsive and helpful. The house is beautiful and is located in such a tranquil and scenic location. We are a family of 6 along with our black lab and everyone fit comfortably. I highly recommend this place for a family get away.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Lots of amenities and the hosts are very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. It was roomy for our family of 5 and the beds were really comfortable. I’d say it easily accommodates 6-7 people. If you are adventurous and don’t mind sleeping in a small loft or a basement setting you could fit 10-11.

Let’s just say this home should be rated a ten! Janice made her home the perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature, curl up with cozy blankets, play family board games or watch the stars from the pristine hot tub. Her home is completely private surrounded by nature and the rock ledge of course. Inside I found everything super clean, upscale unique furniture, crazy comfy mattress and that heated bathroom floor makes you want to install one back home! But let’s not forget to mention that shopping, amazing breweries, pizza shops and local lobster restaurants are just a 5 minute drive away!! The guidebook Janice wrote is wonderfully extensive! But if you need Janice she’s always available to help out. I found her very sweet and always available to answer any questions I had. I don’t call this a Tiny house. I call it a Treasure house! Hated to leave and hoping to stay again someday.

The house was perfect for my family and I- plenty of open space for the kids to play and a great yard- even in December with cold weather the kids loved the play gym outside!! The location was amazing with lots of things to do within a few minutes and the food scene was great. Thanks to Ned for a spotless home and great amenities!! We can’t wait to come back in the summer to use the pool!!

Gorgeous house, peaceful area, a great back deck with pool and hot tub! Jey was a great host, very helpful and quick response time. The house was very clean and put together. I would totally recommend staying at jeys house!!

The place was fantastic! Looked just as pictured/described. We were a group of 8 adults and 4 kids and were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great, clean, and heated as promised. It felt private even though there were other units on site. The space is large and winding - a kids hide and seek dream :) lots of gathering spaces to hang out. John was super responsive and helpful. We stayed for three nights to visit the surrounding Cape Ann area. Ian’s place was fabulous - private, spacious, and fully equipped with amenities including a BBQ stove by the pool. Space is larger than the pictures looked like and furnitures were of high qualities. Highly recommended for anyone travelling in the area!

Angela’s place was wonderful! Very cozy, clean and comfortable, well stocked, close to downtown Portland. Snacks was a nice touch! Angela was very responsive. Hope to come back soon!

We loved our stay! A week was not long enough! Very open layout with lots of space. We loved having a washer and dryer! It was a pleasure to talk to Tom! Really a person you could talk to hours for! We left feeling like family, and couldn’t recommend the place more! If you’re looking to visit Maine or even the big city of Portland, I would recommend you look here. Being out in the country sheds a different light on all that Maine has to offer!

Great stay with our family of 6! Lots of space for everyone!

Perfect place to stay for a long weekend with a pet. Host was super responsive and friendly! Ample parking. The clean and well stocked kitchenette came in handy. With the location right off route 1, it was difficult to go for a walk from the hotel, but the hotel grounds are large enough and there was a little fenced in dog area that helped!

My sister and I had a great long weekend at Aaron's place. Aaron communicated well and proactively warned us about a slow sink in the bathroom. The apartment was lovely - adorable and sweet and in an amazing location - walkable to lots of good food, drinks, a cafe, and downtown Portsmouth. Can't beat the location! Aaron also had great suggestions of places to eat and drink. Everything was as described - if you are worried about open staircases - don't stay here. Also - think about bringing earplugs if you're a light sleeper - the music and conversation from The Corner Pub carried into the bedrooms at night.

We had a wonderful trip. The house was clean and up to date. We enjoyed visiting the area very much and can’t wait to return! Rachael was a great host!

Lovely house with lots of nice touches. The location was really convenient to the beach and lots of lovely walks. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was well-equipped. We had one little glitch which was quickly responded to. I would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay at the house. Able to walk to the beach and to the downtown area easily. Peter was very communicative and responsive and was a great host. We'd stay there again!

We truly enjoyed our stay! Home is charming, everything was very clean and is a great place to bring your furry family member (yard is completely fenced in). Downtown Portsmouth is only ~1 mile away - so many great restaurants and shops nearby. No complaints - hoping to return again one day.

Charming home with plenty of space for our group. Enjoying cooking meals together in the kitchen, the expansive decks, and the ping pong table down in the basement!

I can’t say enough about what a nicely appointed home in a beautiful setting this is. I came for peace and tranquility and it did not disappoint. I haven’t had such good sleep in over 2 years. Highly recommend and plan to return next year! Thank you all so much for sharing your lovely home.
