Ever dreamed of finding private seaside solitude on the rocky Maine coast? Camelot sits upon an isolated thirty-foot cliff overlooking the Atlantic. At high tide, waves crash against the sandstone rocks. At low tide, a hundred feet of beach is revealed for shell collecting, clam digging and rock skipping. With no roads within a half mile, you might not see another soul during your stay. Enjoy peaceful off-grid cabin life. Campfire cookouts, stunning views, and cozy beds.
“Camelot is a true gem if you are looking for a remote, rustic stay on the coast. The off grid cabin is well supplied making it easy and comfortable to plan a visit. The listing, directions, and communications from Sam are clear and answer any and all questions. As a repeat visitor, it’s been nice to see the space evolve with things like an FAQ sheet about the area and a heater. Camelot is a remarkable spot to call home while enjoying the Passamaquoddy bay region. We can’t wait to visit again!”
BRAND NEW LISTING!! NEWLY RENOVATED!! Located in the Easternmost town in the United States, this home-away-from-home is minutes from downtown Lubec. Less than 6 miles down the road you will find West Quoddy Lighthouse - the Eastern most lighthouse in the United States. We are located 5 minutes from the FDR memorial bridge that takes you to Campobello Island, NB Canada.
“Such an adorable and well thought out space. It is a bit closer to the road than I anticipated (we brought our two pups), however what a back yard! The view is amazing, and we were able to enjoy the sunset around the fire and had PLENTY of room to walk the pups. The house is adorable, well thought out and well stocked. It’s very bright and airy, and we opened the windows for a nice ocean breeze. The washer and dryer, which we didn’t anticipate using since we just stayed one night, came in clutch because we smelled like a delightful Maine summer night (aka bonfire 😂), and we were able to do a quick wash instead of making everything else in our luggage smell. The house is very close to downtown and to the lighthouse (which we got up to watch the sunrise at! Talk about gorgeous). We loved it and hope to be back next summer!”
This beautiful home is only 15 minutes from I95. In July, typically the town hosts the best fireworks display in the state over the lake as part of their annual summer festival. The lake also has a great variety of fresh water fish. This is a great quiet location for a nice relaxing vacation.
“We stayed here for three nights for 4th of July weekend and it was great. The space is adorable and welcoming. It has a beautiful open concept and very lake house in New England feel. Lots of well maintained yard space for games and BBQing. The kitchen also had way more amenities than I was expecting. House is far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but is only a short drive for anything you might need at the store. I do wish there was a better/bigger area to lay out by the water and sunbath and swim, but our daughter and her friend had a blast and loved jumping off the small public dock. We would definitely go back!”
