Vacation rentals with breakfast in York

2025 marks our third year running staying at Elizabeth's lovely home in Maine for an annual fishing trip to Lake Arrowhead! I could not recommend staying here enough due to the privacy offered, comfortable sleeping arrangements available for several guests, homey living room for lounging, and excellent set-up for fishing, grilling, and building a campfire. Elizabeth's home is truly the perfect place to retreat for a relaxing and cozy getaway! It's clique to say but her house truly feels like home away from home for our group. Each of our stays has been incredible not only due to what the house offers but also due to Elizabeth's excellent communication leading up to our trips and during our stays. She is incredibly friendly and always highly responsive to texts and calls to answer any and all questions! We're already looking forward to next year!

Cathy’s place was wonderful for our family stay. Lots of space to hang out, everything is super clean, and Cathy provides everything you could need. She was also very gracious when we were not out by 10 AM, thinking that checkout time was 11. We would definitely stay here again and strongly recommended. Thank you, Cathy!

Emily’s place was the perfect getaway for our long weekend in KPT! We loved staying here and look forward to coming back!!

Kat is far and away the best host I've ever met. She gave us full tour of her home, and recommended many local shops and restaurants. She provided snacks, breakfast groceries, toiletries, beach towels and chairs, and more. It felt like more like we were visiting a family member's home than renting an airbnb. Her home is beautiful. The mattresses are comfy and she offers different types of sheets/blankets for whatever kind of sleeper you may be. She has a full kitchen with appliances/cookware. As the listing says, certain cars may have a hard time with parking. We rented a Rav 4 and it was a bit tight but we didn't have a problem. Anything larger than a Rav 4 would probably be incompatible with the narrow driveway. If I could rate our experience over a 5/5, I would.

We had a great stay at Julie’s beautiful home. Her home was even nicer than the pictures. Great kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Open layout so we can all converse no matter what we were doing. Beds were comfortable. But the outside stole the show. The upper deck was spacious and had great views. The hot tub was just what we needed. Then you walk down to the dock and there is enough space for everyone to lay out. Lots of kayaks and paddle boat. Had fun exploring and fishing the lake. Perfect home for families to come together and catch up!! Oh, and the lower level was perfect with ping pong, foosball and tv for late night fun!! Would recommend to anyone wanting to be in the lake region of NH.

We had a fantastic week-long stay at Heidi's home. She was an exemplary host from the beginning to the very end -- always responsive, flexible, and very helpful. She knew we were going to be arriving at nighttime, and that there would be construction going on nearby with exit closures. She took time to provide detailed instructions on how to get around those closures which alternated between two exists every night from 7pm-7am. This is their real home, so when you enter, you feel like you have entered your home away from home. Everything in the house is not just clean, but spotless. The beds were comfortable and the surroundings are just gorgeous -- especially the sunroom, which is like something out of a dream. We even saw some wild turkeys at a distance in the backyard! Of all the Airbnbs we have stayed at, this was by far the nicest and the most memorable. Thanks so much, Heidi and Dennis.

Angela’s place was wonderful! Very cozy, clean and comfortable, well stocked, close to downtown Portland. Snacks was a nice touch! Angela was very responsive. Hope to come back soon!

This was the cutest place! We all loved the garden space. The deck was very inviting. Rhona was kind enough to leave English muffins and butter for us. The selection of tea was fabulous! The bouquet and house plants made it feel very homey. There was an area close by that had a convenience store, a Dunkin Donuts, and a few decent restaurants. We would stay here again if we come back.

This place was amazing. I would come back here. I feel like we won the Airbnb lottery. It is nice to have a host that is a real person and not a company. This place is well taken care of. 1. It was much larger than I was expecting. 2. It was so clean. Probably the cleanest Airbnb I have been to. 3. There were basics in the cabinets like coffee and creamer ( such a nice touch). and some items in the fridge and freezer which made it really easy to start our day. 4. It was beautifully decorated and the garden was so pretty and nice to take coffee and wine out there. 5. We were here in the spring and it was an easy walk into town(15-20 minutes). We both like walking, but there was a spot for a car if needed. Thank you for such a wonderful time.!!

We had a great experience staying at Angelo’s loft! It is so comfortable and had all the amenities we could want. The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is spacious and very well equipped, featuring a large window overlooking the ocean. The outdoor deck is spacious with the same views. Angelo is a very responsive and thoughtful host. We will definitely be returning this summer!

Kevin is an awesome host, and this was the perfect Airbnb for our wedding party! There was so much to do from the patio, to the arcade, and the pool and hockey tables, we had such a blast staying here! There was plenty of space, rooms, and beds for lots of people. Kevin was super responsive, usually responding in less than 10 minutes, and he was very accommodating and helped us out a lot! The check ins were super simple and cleanup was also extremely easy for check out! We will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Lynn!

This was our second stay with Emily in less than a month. Just as comfortable and convenient as the first time. We hope to book her space again for the holidays this year.

We had a great time at Joan’s cozy condo! She made freshly baked goodies upon our arrival, it was delicious! 2 min away from the beach! The location can’t be beat. The only downside was the train, very close to the house, that passes roughly every three hours during week days. If you don’t mind the nose, the place is perfect for a small family, friends and couples. It had different board games, beach toys for kids, foldable beach chairs etc. Overall great place! Hands down my favorite Airbnb! Emma and Dave are thoughtful, responsive hosts whose space is a tranquil and restorative. It is beautifully designed with comfortable beds, furniture and perfectly layered lighting. The neighborhood is very quiet and we slept soundly every night. In fact, I feel like we did a little less sightseeing than we normally would have because we just didn’t want to leave! Our daughter loved the cozy sleeping nooks. Every detail was considered. I’ve already recommended this location to a couple of friends who live in Boston and would gladly stay again if we find ourselves back in ME. Loved every minute of our stay! Thanks, Emma and Dave!

I really enjoyed staying there. it was cozy & quiet. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. I will keep this place in mind next time I plan on coming this way!

Sharon was extremely friendly! She went out of her way to find breakfast pastries for my food allergies! Super sweet! Wonderful space, private room and bathroom. We felt very at home and loved the neighborhood. Lovely drive to nearby areas like Newburyport and Salem. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy home away from home.

Lovely home, great location and friendly and helpful host. Felt more like a "hosted B&B or inn" rather than the more common experience I've had with Air B&B of the host being available but not a visible presence. If you are looking for a private, nonengaging experience, this might not be for you. However, if you enjoy meeting your host, we found Bob to be warm and cheery and he made us a lovely breakfast with excellent coffee. Rosy was away so we did not meet her, however, her decorating talents were much on display from the tableware to the linens and accoutrements, all of which made us feel like we were special guests.

This is the second time I've stayed with Marsha and Steve and I never wanted to leave! Their home is beautiful and welcoming, as is the island. Can't wait to come back :)

Words can’t properly express how peaceful this location is, and what amazing hosts Victoria and George are. I was there for a quiet few days with my dog, and Victoria and George made it the most comfortable and serene experience. I recommend enjoying a lovely homemade lunch at the restaurant/post office/general store in town, then coming back to a fire that George creates for you, in their well appointed living room. Enjoy the sauna, reading room, and views, and experience a get away like no other. I’ve already secured a return trip in a few months!

A+. This place is why I come to Airbnb: unique, immersive, and full of character. I stayed in the Witches Dorm, and it felt like part of the adventure, not just a place to sleep. The decor was rich and authentic, and the common room was so cozy I spent hours writing and reading there. The 2 twin beds were comfy (even for a 6'1" guest.) Hope, the host, is fascinating and has some amazing stories, but also totally respects your space. She keeps the common area well-stocked with snacks, coffee, and drinks, which made mornings and late nights easy. Uber was always available and affordable (~$6–10), making it easy to get around if you don’t feel like walking the scenic 25–30 mins to downtown. The walk downtown can be super varied tho—walking along the coastline one day, thru a park the next, and a myriad of ways down tiny New England streets w cute houses all about the same travel time. My first time in Salem. Felt safe at all hours. Would absolutely stay at this property again. A+

Loved having coffee in the sun room! Although we were there for a very short time, it was so nice to have a comfortable, elegant place to stay that wasn't a hotel while we visited town for our daughter's parent's weekend. Had a wonderful time at Daniel’s Airbnb! We were greeted with a warm reception and delicious apple cake with delicious sweet tea! I can’t say enough good things about Daniel and his beautiful home. We felt right at home. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. Our accommodations were very comfortable. Best part was the delicious breakfast with coffee and tea and scrumptious omelette with homemade hash browns! I wanted the recipe! I highly recommend Daniel’s place, it made our vacation a little more special! PS: Reds Eats in Wiscasset Maine was the best ( Paul Newman and Robert Redford ate there too) Thanks for the recommendation!!

Dr. Jerr is a very kind and generous host - he provided us with fresh coffee and breakfast snacks each morning during our stay. We loved the location on Cape Elizabeth, close to Portland, and to many beautiful coastal and woodland trail walks. We came home laden with fish, flash frozen from the fish markets in Portland - thank you Dr. Jerr for your recommendation. We would wholeheartedly recommend staying with Dr. Jerr for exploring the stunning Maine coast and hope to find ourselves back on Cape Elizabeth again next year. Tom & Gillian Hamilton
