Inside there is a large living room and dining area with TV and many games. In the basement living room you will find pool table, table tennis and darts. Outside there is a large porch with seating area and fire pit. There is and fire pit with chairs. It is 200 meters to the sea, the beach is just as nearby. Randaberg is 5 minutes drive away, Stavanger 20 min away

The boathouse is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. Naustet has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is southwest facing which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with a brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh produce for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything that is served and sold is made here.

The Persa house is beautifully located down by Klostervågen on Utstein Gard. The garden encircles Utstein Monastery and makes up the majority of Klosterøy. Utstein is a protected cultural environment and has particular national value with the cultural, landscape and agricultural elements that give the area its distinctive character. At Utstein, there are animals in the hinterland and cultural pasture all year round and limited access to transport. The hiking opportunities are many, short distance to the Pulpit rock and Kjerag.

På gården driver vi med bærekraftig produksjon og selger egne egg, Wagyu-Angus kjøtt, samt grønnsaker i sesong.
