Nice and clean place to stay with family.

We found the property very easy, just what we expected, beautiful surrounding, the place was clean, the swimming pool was walkable, clean swimming pool. Gerardo’s Italian Restaurant was the best Italian and Thai Spices Natural Restaurant the best Thai. Overall, the everything was 5 Stars, you won’t regret. Grand Canyon is great to visit, if one leaves at 7 am, you’ll have plenty of time to come back, take a shower and dress up to go to Tlaquepaque and eat at El Rincón Restaurant. Amazing, thanks!

Scott’s place is located in a resort of abundant amenities including multiple pools, jacuzzis, recreational areas, and immaculate service. The place itself is spacious, clean, and offer just about anything you’d need. The only cons are the fact that the balcony faces the parking lot versus the majestic view of the Sedona peaks, and the adjoining suite from which neighbors can be heard. Overall, I am very happy with my stay!

would be nice to know before booking that the property is tied into a timeshare option. we didnt attend the presentation but we're asked more than once. we were suppose to receive all the same amenities as the other guests however during our 4 night stay we were never given replenishment of towels, toiletries and our room was never cleaned by the hotel maintenance team. we did it ourselves.

Cute place with everything we needed!!

This is my favorite place to stay when I am in West Sedona! Some of the areas in West Sedona have spotty WIFI for remote work but I had no issues. I did message Scott last minute to book on Sunday evening and he is on EST so it’s a good idea to message early according to his time zone which is easy to forget from Arizona. The next morning, he was on it! Super easy and friendly and I needed nothing the whole stay! This place is a timeshare but I had no pressure to attend or buy anything. The price is so reasonable for Sedona and just perfect for a beautiful view and peaceful stay. Highly recommended and appreciated! Will definitely keep Scott for future stays and other areas!

Great small place ideal for us! Quick in and out for a few days in Sedona. Missing something to clean the dishes with and only one day for the coffee. The office on check out had a great display of Native American jewelry and pottery. Well worth the stay!

We had an excellent time. Got a free upgrade and had an excellent view of Sedona's Red rocks from our balcony! There are multiple pools and hot tubs, some with changing rooms. The resort itself is very well kept, check in easy breezy. Very safe area, had a rental car for transport. Highly likely to stay again!

Check after hours process was super easy, plenty of parking. Room was great the Kitchenette was fully stocked with silverware if needed. Would recommend staying here if you are looking fork a good value.

Had a wonderful time!

Great place to stay. Hiking/biking trailheads were within miles of this spot. Lots of restaurants only a few miles away as well. Loved the area. The staff was very friendly. Kept clean. We felt safe. The neighbors upstairs and next to us were loud at times. Could hear them walking back and forth and the neighbors tv. If you’re a light sleeper, you may want to bring earplugs.

Comfortable clean place to spread out. Convenient parking, private unit with easy access to the 179. Walkable to shopping plaza with dinner options or to grab a cup of coffee and light breakfast at Bosa Donuts before a morning hike.

Wonderful place. A little sleepy, but that’s the point. Private, wonderful pools, just not a ton to do at hotel….but you don’t really care cause you are three minutes from downtown Sedona. Definitely recommend this place!!!

Although the room was quite dated, we could see that from the photos. The room had all of the amenities we needed. The ice machine was much appreciated! The resort itself was absolutely beautiful. The grounds were amazing and there was so much to do. Our family of seven with five kids thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was amazing with the back deck opening up to the children’s pool. It is right across the parking lot from the Tlaquepaque arts district. The restaurants and live music and shops are some of Sedona‘s finest. It was also and impeccable location in regard to nearby hikes and slide rock. We highly highly recommend!

Very amazing view right out of the sliding glass door, it’s a magnificent stay.

Loved my stay here. I work remotely and was in building 10 and had perfect wifi for Zoom calls the whole time! I loved the surrounding views and the hotub and and pool area were lovely and even had outlets where I could work outside! If you are a golfer like me, you must play the course on site - the 10th whole has incredible views! Would definitely come back again! Would highly recommend eating at the Hudson and Cucina Rustica!
