We’re grateful to stay at Kimberly’s studio home—a place that feels like home and offers a peaceful, restful space.

This was my first visit to Sedona. The area has so much to offer. Kylla's place was perfect for me as I was traveling alone, as well as would be great for a couple. Very clean and well equipped. Felt like home. Several trail heads are just a couple of blocks away for great hiking opportunities. Also lots of restaurants and a very nice grocery close by. If I get the opportunity to come back I would love to stay here again.

Lars was great and we had a solid stay. Beautiful area and nice accomodations. Lars let us coordinate doing some laundry with him too, which was super helpful.

Our stay at the Sedona Hummingbird Nest was truly delightful! The atmosphere was incredibly pleasant, making for a wonderfully relaxing getaway. We were particularly impressed with the location – it's ideally situated for exploring all that Sedona has to offer, with hiking trails and conveniences just a stone's throw away. Pamela and Tim were exceptionally helpful, providing valuable tips and ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. It was perfectly quaint and cozy, offering a charming and intimate retreat. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a serene and well-located Sedona escape.

This place was so cute and cozy with lots of charm! It had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. While it’s not the most walkable spot, it’s just a short drive to restaurants, shops, and other local spots. Best part—it’s super close to Buddha Beach, which made it easy to enjoy some peaceful time in nature. Great little escape!

Debbie Jo and Randy were fantastic hosts, and the place was even better. 11/10, I will rebook with them every time I’m in the area 😁

This is one of the best Airbnbs i’ve ever stayed at! It was super clean, packed with amenities and extras (plenty of blankets, pillows, kitchen, items, etc). It was a beautiful location and very peaceful – we loved just sitting on the porch, reading a book, and staring into the forest. We even heard coyotes at night! It was easy to get into Flagstaff and about an hour and a half from the Grand Canyon. I would definitely recommend!

Wonderful place to stay!

We had a nice stay at Brian's place. The location in Oak Creek Canyon is great. Not far to get into Sedona, but very peaceful and quiet. The space itself is very nice and the view from the balcony is lovely. Bed was comfortable, everything was very clean, and Brian was responsive. Not a good place if you have difficulty with stairs but it was no issue for us. Nice to be able to walk to the creek and over to Indian Gardens for breakfast or lunch. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely time here. You can tell they put a lot of thought into making this a charming and comfortable space. It was super convenient to get to the Grand Canyon and Sedona, and the people we encountered in the small local town were really friendly.

The room is perfect for resting and with the cozy vibe. We stayed here one night after the long driving in the heat from Grand Canyon and before going to the airport the next day. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The plus point was also that it was quiet so we could sleep so well. Private bathroom is spacious. Really feel relaxing once got in. Love it!!! Host is also responsive and friendly. 5 stars given overall !!

if i could give a ten star rating i would. i had the best stay at cactus wren. Kelly was a super host for sure. Super responsive, knowledgeable, and caring. The space had everything i needed for my 5 night stay. The location was superb which is great if youre out adventuring or just wanting to be close to everything Flagstaff has to offer. i cannot wait to visit again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great spot between Sedona and Jerome! Everything was clean and comfortable and would definitely stay again.

You could literally live in this unit. It’s updated with beautiful and expensive amenities and features. The shower is beautiful and has great pressure. The bed is very comfortable and the air conditioning is perfect. .3 miles from the property is a beautiful hike that was suggested to me by Kirk. I wouldn’t have known about it without him. He really went above and beyond with the property and helpfulness. I would definitely stay here again when I’m in Sedona.

This was my first experience at an Airbnb and it was the most extraordinary vacation due to the amenities, the views, and the hosts!! Honestly, I didn’t want to leave!! The Grand View is a piece of heaven on earth and I am forever grateful to Kimall for providing the most magnificent place for our 36th anniversary!! Words can’t describe the magnitude of this amazing experience~there were flowers in every room; the art work transformed our minds; the gardens attracted hummingbirds; morning coffee on the porch swing was a daily ritual; and enjoying the golden hour in the hammock was a peaceful way to end the evening. We enjoyed a fire on our last night under Sedona’s glorious night sky!! This was the perfect place and just what our hearts needed. Not to mention the location gave easy access to Sedona’s best places to go. I am hoping to return and I cannot imagine staying in our usual hotels ever again!! Kimall and Trea are the hosts with the mostest & we are forever grateful!!

Wowzers! Danika and David provided an amazing experience for our escape to Flagstaff for a couple of nights. Truly a home away from home feeling. I loved the binder guide waiting for us on the bed with info on the Airbnb as well as the local area. My husband, 2 dogs, and I had a lovely time walking the nearby trails and seeing the trains! Even though the kitchen area is small, it was stocked with anything you could need. Very comfortable couch to watch the streaming services they helped us log into (I actually asked where they got the couch because we are in the market!). Happy met us as we arrived and was quick to adjust the AC to our likings. The unit was large and spacious with two large private decks and clean outdoor seating. The setting tucked away in the Granite Dells is idyllic and very unique. The grounds are lavishly tended with many flowers, large trees for shade, a pool, bikes and maps of paths nearby. Happy and Free are constantly tending the landscape and other guests needs. We were able to access our favorite bike path right from the property without riding on a busy highway. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils and a wide variety of healthy smoothie ingredients. Since there are no TV's or cell service the whole property is very quiet after dark. Bed is comfy. Wifi is provided and works better than what we have at home. We have stayed in Prescott many times and this place is the best we have ever had the pleasure to enjoy. We will return but will check first with them about the mosquito population which is not year round.

Wendy’s place was so perfect for a quiet few days in Sedona, the location was great since it’s very drivable to downtown, the wineries, and popular hikes, but also not in the touristy/busy area of Sedona. Very private and serene, the view from the bedroom is INCREDIBLE, you get to gorgeous view of cathedral rock with a private trail starting in the back yard. She was very proactive and responsive and had wonderful recommendations for us! Thank you again so much for sharing your home with us Wendy!

We had an amazing stay at Georgia's place! The studio was spotless and I felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay!

From start to finish we completely loved the place. We were there 8 nights. We picked it because it was walkable to my sisters home. I loved the the peaceful atmosphere both inside and outside at the sitting area. If I had a home in Prescott this would suit our needs perfectly. We were sad to leave.
