This was by far the best air b&b we have ever stayed at! It exceeded our expectations! The place was beautiful, CLEAN, private, and beautiful views. Marjorie was extremely accommodating, quickly responsive, making sure we had everything we needed, and made the experience amazing. They had great maps at the home and great hiking recommendations for us. We also enjoyed watching the hummingbirds in the front window. Everything was perfect and we will definitely be coming back to stay again!

This house is one of the best houses we've rented in Flagstaff (with a recent NAU grad we've been to at least 7 different places.) The location is quiet, easy to find, and easy/quick to get to NAU, downtown, and other areas around town. The beds and furniture are comfortable. The host has thoughtfully labeled the wall switches and kitchen cabinets which is super helpful, taking guess work out of a new place. The kitchen is well stocked including a very complete spice rack. It is very nice to have a oversized double car garage to use. The courtyard is cute and private. There are lots of places to store items and closet space. We recommend staying here!

This location was right off one of the main streets through town, but quiet and peaceful. Close to downtown and trails. Brandon and his team were very proactive and sent great info on local options for everything before we arrived. They were also responsive while we were there. No issues other than our upstairs bnb neighbors keeping strange hours and walking around like elephants. I'm sure this isn't always an issue. Great spot! Would stay here again :)
