Monthly Rentals in Woods Cove

We stayed for a month whilst on business in OC. The property is well kept, clean and a pleasure to stay at. The location is just great, Woods Cove just down the street and Laguna near enough but it is also a quiet and peaceful place. Wendy is a great host, always there to help and really looked after our needs during our stay. Can't say more than that. Would look to stay again ....

This was a return visit to Brooke’s lovely place and I look forward to returning again! I absolutely love this location. There’s great food nearby and one of my favorite beaches in the world right down the street. What more could you ask for?! The apartment is spacious and well-appointed and the amazing addition of an outdoor shower was greatly appreciated for keeping the sand out!

My husband and I stayed for a month at Jay's place. It was exactly as described. We were missing a few small things right off and Jay had them sent right away. The location is fabulous. We walked the beach at low tide into town, a mile and a half each way. There is a free trolley if you get tired or bought heavy stuff. There is also a coastal bus that takes you to San Clemente or Long beach. The apartment is cute and adequate for 2 people. We went exploring all day and often stayed home at night to watch TV and make dinner. The sunsets are spectacular from the deck. We plan to book again next year for a month since we had such a great experience. 5 stars

Robert was a fantastic host. Outstanding communication, thoughtful labels throughout the unit (wifi, spare towels, extra storage, how to work the A/C), and he keeps his unit in top shape. We had a wonderful time staying here for a month, and had everything we needed to live and work from the unit seamlessly. We consistently used the beach towels, chairs, and umbrella, as well as the fully stocked kitchen appliances. We really felt cared for — there were beautiful hydrangeas in vases throughout the unit (grown around their property)! Robert was extremely kind and always asked for feedback and encouraged suggestions, showing how much he valued our experience there. The location is hard to beat (very walkable), the ocean views were incredible, and the unit was perfect. We highly recommend staying here, you will be in great hands!
