Here, you will enjoy, a spacious and inviting 1 bedroom, 1 bath home. This new construction home is like none other in the area. It has light and bright high ceilings and many windows to compliment San Clemente's famous year round weather. It has it's own private entrance with parking. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the ocean view private roof deck, or wine down with a glass at sunset. Not only does this home offer AC and heat, a washer and dryer is located conveniently inside the home. The fully stocked kitchen allows for making the perfect meal with all the necessities or head out to the delicious restaurants on Del Mar Street in downtown San Clemente. Staying here you’ll be just a few minutes’ drive to local beaches, golf courses and parks. Take a walk to San Clemente State beach just across the street. The popular surf spots at Trestles beach at San Mateo point is just about one mile away, while San Onofre State Beach is just under 2 miles away, making this vacation rental a great choice for surfers and families wanting to catch some Southern California waves and sun! You have the full home to enjoy to yourself! We are always available by phone, text or email. We want to ensure our guests have the best say possible! Please feel free to reach out for any questions, concerns or travel advice! This is a quiet and safe neighborhood with golf course near by. We are down the street from the Rip Curl Store. This is a residential area located NEXT to the 5 freeway for convenient access. This can cause very mild traffic noise from the 5, however, there are multiple hotels and other vacation rentals on the same street which does not seem to bother many guests. Easy access to freeway allowing for quick and easy travel to multiple sought-after destinations such as San Diego Zoo, Lego Land, Disneyland and many others! Close to Camp Pendleton, multiple hiking trails, for example Cleveland National Forest, several golf courses and of course, famous Southern California beaches. Getting around: San Clemente Summer Weekend Trolly - FREE- taking you from a near by stop every 15 minutes all around beautiful San Clemente! Uber, Lyft and taxis are readily available! Amtrak, Pacific Surfliner Route - train - takes you from San Clemente to Sea World, all the way to Downtown San Diego. Heading north, the Surfliner takes you directly through Anaheim, making your ticket to Disneyland worry free. Not to mention, this convenient train will take you all the way to Los Angeles. While our priority is to insure you enjoy your stay, we ask that you please respect our home and our neighbors. We have strict 10pm noise ordinance and if not followed can lead to immediate eviction without refund.

In the loft, you cannot stand up, you can only sit up and it is accessible via stairs like for a bunk bed. Great place to rest after you’ve gone down to the beach; visited all the local art galleries; restaurants. The studio is close to North Coast Highway and beaches like Crescent Bay and Shaw’s cove but is not oceanfront. Walking distance to downtown Laguna.
