Perfectly located between the penninsula's three-mile stretch of white sand beach and the scenic Newport Bay, relaxation and recreation are right outside the front door. Our street is a rare gem--a quiet, idyllic lane lined with charming local residences, tucked away from the busy boulevard. Newly renovated in 2022, this spacious yet cozy cottage is perfect for families or couples looking to vacation or work remotely by the sea.

Enjoy quality time with family or friends at our newly remodeled 1930's ocean front family beach home. Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes.
