Monthly Rentals in Windmill Island

The place was small and cozy but plenty of sleep space - we were a group of 3 so it was just the right size. The whole area was clean and stocked with everything we needed. 2 parking spots beside the home were reserved for us which was extremely helpful since downtown was a block away - beautifully located! We only communicated with Kenzie and she was quick to respond while being helpful and very friendly.

The mother in law suite was perfect for my husband and I during our mini get away. The location was perfectly in the middle where we were able to visit both Holland and Saugatuk. It is smaller than expected but doesn’t feel crowded, it’s the right size for 2 people. The location is very quiet and private, and parking is right by the door. I believe it is a shared space to the house next door, but that was no biggie. As far as the highway noise, didn’t bother us at all. Being from the city, we are used to it but they did have a white noise machine which we tried out and worked well. Quiet, private & clean. 10/10.

Claire and Jason’s place was perfect for our overnight stay in Holland! The location was ideal - situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood, but only minutes from the vibrant and walkable downtown area. We’d absolutely stay here again, if we’re ever in the area!

This little spot is great for spending time in the Social District of Holland. Great Communication, Solid Stay Overall Our host was fantastic with communication throughout our stay - quick to respond to messages and very friendly. The space matched the photos and description, so no surprises there. The location worked well for our plans, and check-in was smooth. While the place showed some wear and tear that you might not expect at the price point, it was perfectly fine. One small note: the TV required connecting (and re-connecting) your phone for internet access to use streaming services, which was a bit inconvenient in 2025. Would definitely consider staying again... The host's responsiveness really made the experience pleasant, even when we had a couple minor questions during our stay. Thanks for hosting us!
