Located a stone's throw from Stroud town centre The Annexe is a fully self-contained dwelling in the back garden of our home. Guests have access to the accommodation via the driveway down the side of the house. The Annexe is a studio complete with king size bed and snuggle couch. A kitchenette is built-in with various appliances, and the bathroom offers a medium-sized shower, wash basin and toilet.

This lovely Victorian home set in an area of outstanding natural beauty comes with central heating, underfloor heating and a log fire (logs provided) which makes it a warm, cosy place. There are amazing walks along the Cotswold Way which goes through the village. There are stunning bike rides in the area and we provide a very secure bike shed to store your bikes. The mattresses are very high quality to ensure a really good night’s sleep. No under 16’s. 11am checkout available on Sundays.

5 mins walk from Stroud train station, the wood clad Garden Studio is airy and modern and surrounded by green. It overlooks our garden, and apart from the trains (only 2 an hour) it’s peaceful but also so close to the pretty hilly town of Stroud. The bustling farmers market on a Saturday is a great fun and the commons and walks are spectacular. There is parking on our drive. To get to the studio walk down the gravel pathway past our front door. The key hold is by the studio door.

We had a wonderful stay, felt so at home. Cottage was absolutely spotless……..very tastefully furnished with the addition of fresh flowers and even a cake to welcome us. Courtyard garden is full of pots with flowering plants as well as table and chairs on decking in the perfect spot to catch the sun. We were thrilled with our choice of accommodation.

Toby greeted us when we arrived and was welcoming. The annex was really clean and comfortable. Breakfast items were left for us along which was really lovely. Very comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom.

A perfect base to explore the area. The cottage was lovely, the rooms were nicely decorated with individual twists. Sofas and beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked for cutlery, crockery and utensils, including kitchen scissors and a pizza slice. The location was beautiful, great views across the valley, and very quiet. Would be very happy to stay again.

A dining table is set with elegant tableware. Two plates, bowls, and glasses are positioned alongside neatly arranged cutlery. A vibrant flower arrangement adds a touch of color, complemented by a wooden bowl and two jars. Light filters through a nearby window, enhancing the inviting ambiance.

We had a lovely stay with Patrick and Julia. The barn is convenient and very cosy (+ great coffee machine!). The surroundings are breathtaking and there are many things to do in the area. Our 3 year old enjoyed the farm animals. Would definitely recommend.
