We have been told it is of the most beautiful locations in Colorado! 15 minutes to downtown Durango, 20 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort, and 5 minutes to the Hot Springs & a shopping plaza, and 40 minutes to the airport. There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

Great place to stay in the area while on your trip to the southwest or Mesa Verde National Park. A pleasant place for guests who want to unplug, relax, and enjoy a rustic outdoor wilderness experience. Great trails for hiking, bird watching, cross country skiing and snow shoeing! Note: If a big winter you will need a 4x4 or all wheel drive vehicle to access the neighborhood.

The Gondola is a fun, free ride to town. Chasing Moon Tipi comes with a FITTED SHEET ONLY on a queen bed, and a futon (no sheet). Linens are available for rent onsite. The campground has complimentary hot showers, a fully equipped campground kitchen, large furnished Pavilion, drinking water, ice & more. We are 5 miles from downtown Cortez, on 20 acres of sacred land. It also has outdoor chairs, a fire pit, and access to all the campground's amenities. Price includes 2 guests, it is $10 each after, up to 5 total.
