Meadow View in the village of Lower Penn in the South Staffordshire countryside. Located in a quiet country lane. The annex has its own private entrance, bathroom with shower, bedroom is on the first floor and offers comfortable sleeping with a king size bed and lovely views across a meadow. There is parking right outside The Greyhound Pub a very friendly country pub with an excellent menu is a 5 minute walk away, with many other restaurants and takeaway food available within a 5 mile radius.

Finished to the highest standards with a bright contemporary feel it offers an en suite shower room, kitchenette,on site parking and access to our large garden and patio area. Country house wedding venue PENDRELL HALL is almost on our doorstep and world renowned David Austin Rose's and Cosford Aerospace Museum are both just 4 miles away.

The coach house is an annexe in the gardens of our house with a double bedroom on the mezzanine level. Welcome to little Rosie, situated in our courtyard garden. The compact kitchen (microwave, no oven) allows to eat at home but we are also five minutes walk from Newport High Street with an ever growing option of cafes, restaurants and pubs as well as Waitrose. Little Rosie has off street parking, is five minutes drive from Harper Adams and within very easy reach of Lilleshall Sports Centre, Weston Park and Telford. Two pubs are on your doorstep and both offer a warm welcome.
