A stay with all the comforts and garage included, ideal for two people and visiting the surroundings.

Even better than it looked on the booking site. Lovely location and walkable to beaches and cliff walks. Mountains close at hand and Comillas and Llanes particularly worth visiting. Spacious, clean and well equipped and good WiFi.

We used this apartment with our family of 4 5 nights. Rosaria welcomed us pleasantly. Although it is not very modernly furnished, the apartment has all the comforts. Delicious coffee in the morning sun on the terrace. The apartment has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a great kitchen. Parking is available on your own property. The nearest beach is a 1-minute walk away and the center of Comillas is 10 minutes away. The fact that there is no wifi is a disadvantage and not more of this time. Note: do not follow Google maps but go to the red building!

Carlos’ place was the perfect spot to stay while staying in the north of Spain. Very spacious apartment and a great place to relax in between exploring.

The house is just as in the photos. The hosts communicated quickly with us. It was our base for touring Cantabria. They also left us some great welcome sobaos. Everything was great

We loved the place! It is within walking distance of a small but well stocked supermarket (though you do have to walk uphill and it’s a bit steep), several restaurants and beaches. Good thing the apt comes with a parking spot because there’s nowhere else to park nearby, except paid parking by Merón’s beach. Stunning sunsets, long walks and a laid back feeling made our stay relaxed and enjoyable.

We had a very nice stay at Mari's apartment. We recommend it to everyone. Superb region, diverse and varied panoramas, sea, countryside and behind the mountains. Thank you Mari.

The accommodation is very good, with a beautiful view of the Picos de Europa, in a small village close to many places of interest (beaches, walks, other villages, etc.). Jose Luis and Montse are always available if needed and gave us tips on things to do/visit.

We enjoyed our stay and the facilities offered in the apartment. Close to everything although we were disappointed to not have on premises parking for our motorcycle.

Very nice apartment, very clean and harmoniously decorated. Quiet with beautiful views of nature, close to the sea. Carmen is a very welcoming and friendly host. I recommend it.

Everything is excellent. The apartment has all the amenities and you don't need anything. It is very close to Potes, which is a big and beautiful village

Our stay at Maria Dolores's went very well: the accommodation is extremely clean and the beach is a 10-minute walk away, which is very nice with 2 small children. The big advantage: Maria Dolores is extremely kind and welcoming. Very proactive, and at the same time respectful of our privacy (because she lives in the apartment upstairs). Communication ++, I recommend it! Once again, thank you for everything.

This is the second time we've stayed at this apartment, and I hope it won't be the last.

Super nice accommodation with a very nice and helpful hostess! Magda sent many good tips that we benefited from. The accommodation was homey and felt large and airy. We grilled several evenings on the terrace and also ate breakfast there overlooking the beautiful valley. Would highly recommend!

We stayed two nights in the studio and everything was perfect. It is very cozy and quiet place, you can breathe peace. The mattress is very comfortable and sleeps very well. As for the environment, it is very close to beautiful places to visit, such as Costa Brobrada, Santillana del Mar, Santander, San Vicente de la Boquera, comillas, etc. Mintxu is very attentive and friendly!!

The apartment was super clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Very well located in an area with lots of bars and restaurants but zero noise. And the area, of course, is beautiful.

The apartment is well located, in a nearby area, walking, in the center of comillas but quiet, close to the CA-135 to take the A8 and move around. The house stands out for its careful decoration, cleanliness and comfort of its beds. Communication with Nuria was easy, valuable and very pleasant in the deal.

José Ramón's house is a great place to enjoy a few days of rest and beach! It has everything you need, the beds are very comfortable (which, together with the tranquility of the area, makes your rest perfect), it has a wonderful garden and, in addition, everything couldn't be cleaner! The location is very convenient to be able to walk anywhere, but far from the area that can be busier (now everything was super quiet) and having the garage space is another great advantage so you don't have to worry about the car. And, in addition to all this, José Ramón is a very great man. Thank you very much for everything! P.S.: if you go with kids (and, if not, also :-D), the beaches of Isla are another great plus!

Quality accommodation within walking distance of the town of San Vicente de la Barquera. This two-floor flat is well equipped, very clean and extremely comfortable. The garage space is useful but most days we were able to park in the street right outside the flat. Good to have a swimming pool too, though the beaches nearby (San Vicente, Oyambre, Comillas ...) are so good, we didn't make use of it. Highly recommended for a holiday in this area.

Charo was fantastic, the duplex is beautiful with great views, super nice stay, swimming pool, jacuzzi and fantastic surroundings. A plus is the parking space in the same building. A 10 for the stay. Thank you for your kindness, Charo.

Very well-equipped apartment close to the greenway with impeccable cleanliness. The decoration is nice and Miguel Angel is very responsive.

The apartment is located in a very quiet area, very close to the beach, shops and walking areas along the coast and countryside. Margarita was a great host, attentive and thoughtful, and her house was very comfortable and cozy. It's been a great stay.
