A house with spectacular views in Liencres

Single-family house consisting of ground floor and bedroom floor. In the first there is a large kitchen, spacious hall with sliding doors that overlook a generous living room with TV area and fireplace, and dining area, as well as a bathroom with shower, and access to the garage with capacity for 2 cars. On the second floor 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a common closet/dressing room and exit to a glazed gallery. The penthouse is only available under negotiation for groups with more space needs only.

Ideal villa to rest. near a beach

The house is very close to Santander, about a 10-minute drive. Taking the train to and from Santander is very convenient as you avoid paying for parking. The village of Bezana is large and has everything, bars, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and a 24-hour health center. The beach is located in Soto de la Marina, 7 minutes away, and has large gardens. Also nearby are the beaches of La Arnia, Covachos, La Virgen del Mar, and Valdearenas liencres beach. There is a train to Santander.

Single-family house with garage and two floors of living space. On the first floor there is a kitchen, bathroom, toilet and living room with dining room and fireplace. In the second, there are four bedrooms and a full bathroom. A large private garden with a barbecue. The rooms have windows with pleasant outdoor views. The house is in a quiet area, but very close to beaches, restaurants, and the nightlife area. One-night stays carry a surcharge of €85 for cleaning, payable on arrival.
