A beautiful property for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. Set away from the road, this property is secluded yet positioned only a short drive away from Mittagong and Bowral. The property itself is a duplex that offers all conveniences of modern living. There is ducted heating throughout and the house gets warm quickly. We especially liked the underfloor heating in both bathrooms. It is tastefully furnished and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you for having us.

Loved the place and the home is well maintained. Whenever we were unsure, Chatchai is always there to respond to our every question. Home is great for big group and families. It really felt like home for us. Thank you!

We had an amazing couple of days at Camel Cottage. Wayne was an amazing host who even took us on an impromptu tour of the farm which included feeding the camels - a highlight! The location of Camel Cottage in the bush away from everything was peaceful and relaxed and we loved the fire-pit at night. We definitely recommend Camel Cottage.

Incredible stay at the most idealic home. It was cosy, well thought out and we could tell the hosts really cared about every detail. It was warm, welcoming, spacious, beautiful rooms, amazing fireplace and even underfloor heating. The kitchen was great too. Wish we stayed longer! The best surprise was waking up in the morning and seeing the horses, ponies and donkeys outside the windows. It was a dream. We stayed with my two little ones and my parents - two great bathrooms and lots of space for everyone. The hosts were super communicative and the best hosts I’ve ever met taking the time to show my kids around the animals and farm. Just perfect, can’t wait to come back! Also only 10 minutes from Bowral.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Melaleuca Cottage to the point where I even extended my stay because I simply did not want to leave. Words cannot express just how much I loved staying here and the gorgeous natural beauty surrounding such a perfect place, in the perfect location for a perfect, much needed get away. I was in absolute awe with how breathtakingly stunning and spectacular the views were and the fact those same views were complimented by the cosy warmth that Melaleuca Cottage provided was just an added bonus. Such fabulous hosts too, very helpful and friendly - an absolute pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend that you go and see the beauty for yourself, I promise that you will not be disappointed. I am already looking forward to returning to a place that felt like pure Heaven. Thank you for such a memorable stay :)

amazing place, such cozy accommodation on a beautiful working farm. the location is perfectly central to all of the Highlands whilst affording country serenity. Ondine is the most polite & helpful host, the home itself has every imaginable item & touch for convenience & comfort..........especially appreciated when travelling with a baby, toddler & pup 🐶 could not recommend more highly, we'll definitely be back 😊

We decided to treat ourselves to a beautiful weekend away close to Sydney and wow, did this cottage deliver. The views were stunning, the beds sooo comfortable, the space was beautifully put together while still being incredibly practical. We adored the fire pit at sunset, the fireplace after dark, and the heated flooring in the bathroom was glorious. I wish we could have stayed longer - it was so hard to leave! Extra love for how dog friendly they were. Our bulldog loved roaming the property and meeting the animals. Thanks for all the extra touches including fresh bread, delicious coffee, marshmallows and jam, plus the amazing bathroom amenities including aesop goodies and bubble bath. We are already planning our return!

Angelina's place was wonderful for us as a family of four with two little kids. They loved the tiny home, splashing in the outdoor bath tub and feeding all the animals. The surroundings were peaceful and even though it was a hot weekend, the air con was a must and very helpful during the night. Loved the little touches like face masks and bath bombs for relaxation, food for the animals and welcome basket. Would definitely recommend!
