Own entrance, privacy, inclinator access, street parking. Please note the cottage is small but outdoor areas are expansive. 10 min walk to Whale Beach, 30 min walk to Palm Beach, ferry and Avalon. Keoride service, picks up from property and drops you to Avalon, Newport, Mona Vale, Warriewood, same on return. By car everything is 5 - 10 minutes away.

Collaroy Courtyard Studio

A peaceful garden Studio with private entrance and courtyard. Short walk to Collaroy Beach and rock pool, Long Reef Beach, cafes, restaurants, supermarket, clubs, golf course, tennis courts, Long Reef Headland and Marine Park. Bus stops to Manly, Palm Beach and Sydney CBD are a 10 min walk to Pittwater Rd. A private undercover area has a BBQ and daybed. The Studio includes separate kitchenette, laundry facilities and separate bathroom. Combined bedroom, dining and comfortable TV lounge space.

Tranquil self-contained garden suite

The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. Not suitable for children under 12.

The River House, Coba Point

The River House is a unique, off grid water access only sanctuary featuring indoor/outdoor living and dining areas and it’s own private deep water pontoon and beach. Located 45 minutes north of Sydney on Berowra Creek, a tributary of the Hawkesbury River, the north facing house is backed by Marramarra National Park, and surrounded by bushland with superb views of the Hawkesbury River. Please note that we live in the main house which is at the front and your stay will be at the back of the property. You have your own full privacy. The pool and spa are only for your use. The Oar by the Bay is the perfect couples retreat, enjoy the sunset from your private entertaining deck, stroll to the renowned Patonga Boathouse, or enjoy hiking up the Great North Walk to the breathtaking Warrah Lookout. Patonga offers beachside living on one side as well as the quiet waters of the lagoon on the other. This space is designed to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all ages. Treat yourself to a lux beach escape! With private entry, tucked above the dunes on Bungan Beach, nap to the sound of the waves, enjoy sunrise from bed, and sip wine by the outdoor firepit. Drenched in northern sun, winter here is the best time of year! With 1 king bed (lux memory foam) plus 2nd double bed, you can sleep up to 4 (2 adults +2 children max, or 3 adults).
