NO EXTRA COSTS The studio is attached to our residence, accessed by its own private entrance Brand new , modern decor , lounge area, queen bed , ensuite with super deep bath tub. The space has a mini fridge, microwave, tea, coffee, milk, jug ,cutlery, and crockery. There are no cooking facilities. You will be staying in a quiet residential subdivision, approximately 8-10 minute drive from the centre of town. 1 minute walk is a cafe/restaurant and garden bar and a well stocked grocery shop.

I am a foodie & provide a continental breakfast, homemade granola, yoghurt, baking TO GET YOU STARTED ON ARRIVAL, after that our awesome supermarkets are close. This unit is ideal for people who prefer a bit of space, with the separate lounge preference. It has the luxury of a 2 room unit in one. Room to have some separtion of activities. Plus it has it's own private courtyard, to breakfast in the sun The unit has a private entrance with a separate lounge, bedroom and ensuite. Bright and sunny, quiet and relaxing. It is a pleasant walk to town. Kettle with tea and coffee, toast making facilities (milk supplied), TV and dvd are available.

The room itself is light bright and airy with high quality furnishings, feather duvet and pillows and Egyptian cotton towels. It is a large space with plush armchairs for lounging and a breakfast table as well as outdoor seating.There is a heat pump to keep you cozy in the winter months, Smart TV with Netflix and WIFI.

A Good Find

A well appointed studio room with a private entrance and sweeping views of the mountains. The studio contains a queen bed, private ensuite, outdoor patio, and garden area. There are coffee and tea making facilities, but the room does not have a kitchen or fridge. Please note that we live onsite and have a toddler 👶 and a dog 🐶 which means our house is not always peaceful! We do our best to be welcoming, friendly and share our little slice of paradise.
