NO CLEANING FEE :) Love the privacy with your spacious room opening to the garden & trees. There’s books, games, yoga mat, outdoor area. Superking bed, quality linen, mattress topper, ensuite & toiletries. I am a foodie & provide a continental breakfast, homemade granola, yoghurt & baking after that our supermarkets are close. Walk to lake&Wanaka Tree thru park. 20minutes walk to town, Roys Peak, Rippon Wines 5 min drive or walk along the lake to it WANT TO GET MARRIED I CAN DO THAT TOO!

Cosy Studio Close to Town

Self contained studio located a short four minute walk from town and lake front. The studio is separate from the house with its own entrance and ensuite bathroom. There are tea, coffee and toast making facilities, a small fridge however there is no kitchen. Many great cafes, bars and restaurants are located close by. The room sleeps three people in two beds, each with an electric blanket. There is a queen bed and a king single bed. Off street parking on site.
