The property is ideally located just a short 10 minute drive from Booderee National Park, the famous Jervis Bay beaches and a further 5 minutes will take you to the many cafes and restaurants in Huskisson. The property is well fenced and dog friendly.

The garden apartment studio is a self contained private area downstairs in our home. with a queen bedroom bathroom and single bedroom separate toilet and lounge dining room. The queen bedroom is allocated when booked, the second single bedroom is allocated only when booked. * We are 4 minutes walk to shops, restaurants and the bay. * Very private garden setting. * Hosts and Guest areas are separate and private.

A hideaway in your own private section of the garden, with an amazing outdoor bath, ample cooking facilities inside and out, and fire pit, not to mention a comfortable queen bed with natural linen and towels, it's your base for the perfect Kangaroo Valley escape. A 5 minute walk from the village centre and 50m from the cycle and walking path, it's the perfect location too. Coffee machine, record player and provisions included.

Pet friendly with fully enclosed fence.
