Our stay at Nicolas' apartment was very good. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities to spend a few days, complete utensils, a comfortable bed and heating for the cold. Our direct communication was with Andrés, who from the first moment answered all our questions and was available for what we needed. They were very friendly and accessible to all our questions and requests, and even allowed us to check out late so we could work remotely. Additionally, we were able to go with our pet without any problems. We recommend this accommodation to spend a few quiet days close to the beach. The price/quality ratio is excellent.

The house is super nice, modern, comfortable mattresses and has 2 bathrooms. Located about 12 blocks from the beach approx. It has a nice patio and a grill with a pergola that is also very nice. We went in June, so it was quite cold in Valeria, but the house has heating in all the spaces, so we were super warm. Hernan gave us all the necessary information to enter, he offered us a flexible check-in and check-out, which is awesome. I broke a glass, but Hernan didn't make a fuss, a boss. My only recommendation would be to offer the towel and sheet service for those of us who want to travel light, but the rest is 10 points. The accommodation is highly recommended and the host is a genius.

Great accommodation and service provided by Lucrecia and Julián. The accommodation had a wide variety of elements that made our stay very pleasant, from extra dishes to many blankets for the cold weather in the month we stayed. The impeccable cabin with a view of the forest that really allowed us to clear our heads and rest. It's 3/4 blocks from the beach, but the road is full of trees so it's quiet and you don't feel it. Highly recommended, we would come back without thinking!

The place is excellent, Nico is a genius. If you go in winter, don't worry about the cold, the radiant floor makes you feel like you're on the beaches of Camboriú in the middle of January. A luxury.

The apartment has everything you need to stay, comfortable mattresses, clean sheets and towels, fully equipped kitchen, meters from the sea with private entrance to the beach, an incredible view where you can see the sunrise sitting in the chair, clean and tidy, garage next to the elevator. It is perfectly located, you can walk downtown and enjoy a walk in the forest. We went as a family and had a great time. Pablo is the best!! Thanks Pablo!! We'll be back!!

Excellent 3-night stay by the sea We are a couple with 2 large dogs. We felt at home. It's beautiful to be resting and for everything to work perfectly, without having to worry about anything. The truth is spotless! Unbeatable location! I loved the place, I rose with the sea view 180 degrees, the window of the main room had a panoramic view of the sea, really beautiful, super spacious the depto, very comfortable, a giant balcony, to enjoy looking at the sea. A stunningly equipped apartment next to the ocean. There was everything you needed and even more. You could watch the sunset from the balcony, and the beach was only a 3-minute walk away. We really wanted to stay longer.
