Bautista's place is excellent: spacious, well equipped and perfect for accommodating up to 8 people comfortably. We were greeted with a wine and some snacks, a good detail for arrival. Bautista was always very attentive and responded immediately to our queries. In addition, it was very flexible with check-in times, allowing us to enter several hours earlier than stipulated. A highly recommended place for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

There were 7 of us and a one-year-old baby, and we were super comfortable. There was plenty of space. Each room had everything you needed for a comfortable stay and we took advantage of every corner of the house. Super comfortable beds and galleries both in front and in the back to enjoy the sun at all times of the day. Always attentive to the questions we had, they never took long to respond and were always ready to help. We had a very nice time. We'll definitely be back!

We loved staying at Luz de Mar!! We went with friends, with children and it was really very comfortable! The common area is huge and super practical!!! Unfortunately, the weather did not accompany us and we spent a lot of time in the house! Beautiful, spacious, comfortable, warm, very nice view. Safe. Good directions. We had a few beautiful days of rest together with my sisters and a puppy, and I can say that the apartment met all our expectations :). The place is just as shown in the photos, which gave us a lot of confidence from the beginning. In addition, it is very well equipped and is super comfortable. We had a small problem with the electricity supply, but Tomás was very efficient and resolved it quickly. Despite this small detail, the overall experience was excellent. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located place. We loved it and would definitely stay here again!

We spent 4 great nights as a family. The apartment is in excellent condition, comfortable, clean with beautiful views from the balcony terrace with its grill. Ideal for a family barbecue. The building's amenities are very good, especially the heated pool and the dry sauna. The location is excellent, literally steps away from the shopping mall and 2 blocks from the main supermarket. The building has a garage, a game room with board games and ping pong. And the apartment has everything for a pleasant stay. I definitely recommend it and I would come back. Communication with Mauro was excellent.

We had an excellent stay, The apartment was spotless, just like the photos or better, very well equipped and in an unbeatable area. The indoor pool is heated and has security. We could not enjoy the rest of the amenities in the apartment because the location was incredible and we had beautiful days that always invited us to go out, so we will not hesitate to return to enjoy the experience that invites this residence.
