Apartment vacation rentals in Villa Gesell

The apartment is just as it is shown. There were 3 of us and we were very, very comfortable. Maybe if there are 4 adults, you might be a little tight. The building is very modern, it has everything. Elevators (2), swimming pool, parking, game room, living room, laundry room and gym. 10 points. The view makes it very spacious and warm. The living room is very spacious. If you go, I recommend keeping in mind that the dishes are only for 4 people, I mean that if for some reason you invite someone to dinner, they should bring their own cutlery/plate/glass. But the rest is perfect. It has a refrigerator, oven, air conditioning and everything you need to have a good stay. Maybe the bathroom is a little small, but it's fine. It's great to be a 10-minute walk from downtown Pinamar, maybe walking to the beach takes a little longer. If you have a car, in 5 minutes you're at the beach and the garage is very spacious. I recommend the apartment, the value for money is very good, with a central and quiet area.

The accommodation is very nice , everything was spotless . The quality mattress and sheets allowing for an excellent rest. The location is very accessible to walk to downtown . Very helpful to have laundry I would only add some cooking utensils such as cutting board, strainer, scissor or blade . The rest is spotless ,worth it

Yasmin was helpful at all times before the trip and throughout the stay. The apartment is 2 blocks from the beach, in a quiet neighborhood, 1 and a half blocks from the avenue where there are restaurants, supermarkets and bars. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, with new facilities. It's exactly as shown in the photos. It has a garage, which is a big plus too. We will definitely be back.

We had a great time in Adriana's apartment and she is extremely friendly as a host. In the apartment everything works very well, we even had very cold days, and the temperature inside was spectacular. The location is very good, but if you go without a car, you should keep in mind that it is several blocks to the beach, with a car you are 1 min. from everything. Adriana was extremely flexible with the schedule, both for check-in and check-out. Definitely a highly recommended option.

We loved the complex, it has all the amenities. We especially enjoyed the Pool. Also the complex's jacuzzi (that is booked in advance and has a 45 minute shift and approximately 10 minutes of dry sauna). We recommend and will be back!

Everything was excellent! The place was clean, very comfortable, close to the beach, in a quiet area but you still have everything (food, laundries, supermarkets, kiosks). Besides, Matías is a genius! When we arrived, Matías made sure everything was fine for us and gave us recommendations for places to go. Great host, very friendly and helpful. I also want to point out that the apartment was very well equipped. The double mattress is also very comfortable. When we return to Gesell, it will clearly be in the same place!

Positive: Unbeatable location, direct beach access, restaurants and bars a few blocks away. Silence in the nights. Building in good condition, always clean, great pool and a unique view. Very safe area and good beach. It's spacious, looks smaller in the photos, Bright and good air conditioning. Negative: Very little equipped the kitchen, enough basic utensils are missing. The fridge doesn't cool down much. The WiFi is only 10 Mb to 20 Mb , it is insufficient to work and have video calls. The services are very intermittent and nulo por horas.

We had an excellent stay. We took advantage of every space in the complex: the spa, the outdoor pool and the restaurant, everything was very good. The apartment had everything you needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay, very good treatment from Sol, Flor and Nacho. We felt very safe. Definitely a place to go back to. Highly recommended!

The apartment is simply beautiful, bright and super comfortable. We loved it from the very first moment. Mar de las Pampas itself is a magical place full of peace; the apartment's location is perfect and allowed us to fully enjoy it, it was ideal to disconnect. Close enough to walk to the center and beach! :)
