The house is super nice, modern, comfortable mattresses and has 2 bathrooms. Located about 12 blocks from the beach approx. It has a nice patio and a grill with a pergola that is also very nice. We went in June, so it was quite cold in Valeria, but the house has heating in all the spaces, so we were super warm. Hernan gave us all the necessary information to enter, he offered us a flexible check-in and check-out, which is awesome. I broke a glass, but Hernan didn't make a fuss, a boss. My only recommendation would be to offer the towel and sheet service for those of us who want to travel light, but the rest is 10 points. The accommodation is highly recommended and the host is a genius.

Our stay was just perfect. We travel as a family, six people and our beloved pet, and we all enjoyed every corner of the house. It's a beautiful place, equipped with all the necessary and more. The garden is a true oasis, the grill was ideal for sharing unforgettable moments, and the wood-fired home gave our nights a warm and welcoming touch. Everything was spotless and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to create unforgettable memories in such a special place!

Great accommodation and service provided by Lucrecia and Julián. The accommodation had a wide variety of elements that made our stay very pleasant, from extra dishes to many blankets for the cold weather in the month we stayed. The impeccable cabin with a view of the forest that really allowed us to clear our heads and rest. It's 3/4 blocks from the beach, but the road is full of trees so it's quiet and you don't feel it. Highly recommended, we would come back without thinking!

The house is ideal for 6 people, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, ideal for a large family. The location is very accessible from both downtown Mar Azul and the beach.

The apartment has everything you need to stay, comfortable mattresses, clean sheets and towels, fully equipped kitchen, meters from the sea with private entrance to the beach, an incredible view where you can see the sunrise sitting in the chair, clean and tidy, garage next to the elevator. It is perfectly located, you can walk downtown and enjoy a walk in the forest. We went as a family and had a great time. Pablo is the best!! Thanks Pablo!! We'll be back!!

I loved the place, I rose with the sea view 180 degrees, the window of the main room had a panoramic view of the sea, really beautiful, super spacious the depto, very comfortable, a giant balcony, to enjoy looking at the sea. We spent 4 great nights as a family. The apartment is in excellent condition, comfortable, clean with beautiful views from the balcony terrace with its grill. Ideal for a family barbecue. The building's amenities are very good, especially the heated pool and the dry sauna. The location is excellent, literally steps away from the shopping mall and 2 blocks from the main supermarket. The building has a garage, a game room with board games and ping pong. And the apartment has everything for a pleasant stay. I definitely recommend it and I would come back. Communication with Mauro was excellent.
