We had a great time in a charming house, located in a peaceful area, very close to the beach and shops by car. Loïc and Johanna's welcome was warm, and the house was spotless, perfectly equipped with everything you needed to feel at home. Thank you very much to them for their kindness and availability.

Very nice stay Accommodation a little difficult to find on the 1st day because I was loaded with luggage, I didn't take the time to consult the map that Malcolm had sent me 😂 but very nice!

Self check-in, accommodation, clean and as described, responsive host, Stéphanie offers quick intervention in case of problems. housekeeping kit available, as well as a very convenient washing machine. Good family stay in this charming house. The location of the residence is really very good, we particularly appreciated the traffic ban on cars (if only for the safety of children, often on bicycles), the proximity of the bike paths (at the exit of the residence!) to the lake and beaches, the amenities of the residence (swimming pool, mini golf, tennis, etc.) And the house! And we feel that our host really cares about facilitating our check-in, our stay and our checkout!

What a wonderful stay in this little cocoon, a big thank you to Katia and Olivier who were available and responsive when needed and very discreet throughout our stay. The pluses that make the difference: air conditioning, swimming pool, barbecue, quality of bedding, outdoor terrace, darts and finally the 2 magnificent bikes that allow you to reach the accommodation at the beach of Ondres or enjoy the surrounding areas. The accommodation is frankly great and especially close to everything, it's a good base to visit the Basque and Landes coast.

We had a great few days at Olivier’s apartment. He and Alexis were very helpful and gave us lots of good information and answered my queries very promptly. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard .The views of the beach and forest are amazing,it’s a very peaceful space to relax.

Great stay, the whole apartment is perfect! Recommended! Great view. (Note, however, that the space with the bunk beds is really reserved for small children (small cabin).) I'd love to come back to this place.

Excellent stay in this beautiful place, quiet, with all the comforts, a magnificent terrace overlooking a lush garden. No key boxes but a very warm welcome in person with the owners, with tips, suggestions for outings in the area. Everything was great. Nothing to say about the listing , as described. We went there for the Christmas holidays, the apartment is as described and as shown in the photos. Marie had provided us with 2 radiators to heat us up. Thanks to her for this thoughtful touch. Note that there is no microwave but that didn't bother us. The apartment is cute, well arranged with a beautiful terrace overlooking the lake. Very good stay.

We stayed in Tom’s apartment for a week in June. Tom’s so kind and friendly, he met us at the airport late at night and drove us to the apartment. He gave us lots of advice about the area. The apartment is in a fantastic location 5 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes in the centre of Biarritz There are some good shops and restaurants 2 minutes walk away. There is an excellent bus service 5 minutes walk away. The apartment is on the second floor, with lovely views from the balcony where we ate breakfast every morning. It was spotlessly clean with great shower and comfortable bed. The small kitchen had everything we needed. I would recommend the apartment without hesitation.

We had a great time at Eric's place. The apartment is very nice and conveniently located. Eric was very welcoming and responsive.

Everything was perfect, I recommend staying in this very functional apartment in which everything is done to make you feel at home. Melanie is very friendly and did not hesitate to recommend her little addresses.

We had a wonderful stay at Xavier and Virginie's apartment for the second time. The location is ideal. You immerse yourself in the beach and surfing scene on the balcony, but you can also retreat to the apartment. The beach is only 2 minutes away and at night you can often hear the surf of the Atlantic. The caretaker Stephanie is super nice and was able to answer all our questions. Check-in and check-out with Stephanie was straightforward and very flexible. The parking space in the underground parking is invaluable. We want to come back.

Apartment with a beautiful view of Notre-Dame beach in Capbreton. It is not very large but well arranged and has all the necessary space for 2 people. We were welcomed by the owner's father who was extremely kind. There were also 2 bikes available which is a real plus for getting around the city.
