We had a great time at Claude's place. Located in a quiet area with detached houses. The house is spacious, has a special charm and offers plenty of space. The garden is also huge. Claude is super nice and was always available. Thank you very much

This house is beautiful Extremely comfortable bedding The little plus foosball the kids loved it. And of course direct access to the beach without the need to take the car. Nina's welcome was very friendly. I would highly recommend it

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house! All amenities were available and especially for children there were many toys, water toys, changing table, a real baby bed, potty, toilet attachment, etc. The reception by Catherine was great and she showed us everything and explained it in peace. She always responded very quickly to inquiries and responded to all questions/ requests. The surroundings are very nice and especially suitable for great bike rides. The beautiful bike path "Vélodyssée / EuroVelo 1" can be reached quite quickly and leads through pine forests and past beautiful sand dunes to interesting places such as St.-Jean-de-Luz and Biarritz. We especially liked the beach of Vieux-Boucai-Les-Bains. Day trips to Bordeaux and Donastia St. Sebastian are a must! Overall, we liked the stay very much and would be happy to come back! Thank you for the hospitality!

Spacious accommodation, very well-equipped, in a beautiful and quiet setting. We had a great time. Frédéric is very welcoming. We recommend!

New accommodation with all the necessities and bedding at the top , quiet residence except in the morning, a company is just across the street that wakes up early enough and stops quite early too ... fat morning complicated ... Close to everything: Penon center, market, shops, restaurants and beaches ... all on foot!! So crest very enjoyable! Private parking. No TV channels so either you have subscriptions via the apps or no TV. There's something to do with the people going out … fortunately there weren't many people going out 😁 Overall: appreciable!

The stay was great, very nice accommodation, a few minutes' walk from the beach, clean, well-equipped. Anne was welcoming, caring with our dogs. Nothing to complain about, looking forward to coming back.

We had a great time in Hossegor with a group of 10 friends. The place was perfect: spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The location was great, just minutes by bike from the beach and shops, which made our trips very easy. A perfect place to enjoy Hossegor as a group. I highly recommend this listing!

The house is perfectly equipped (we see that the owners live there for a good part of the year, because there is really everything you need), tidy and carefully maintained. The neighborhood is quiet. We are not too far from Hossegor and the beaches. The pool and aperitif area are perfect. Between the rental and our vacation, a pergola for the dining table and air conditioning in the parent room have been added👍. Lydia and Stéphane were very welcoming and helpful, always available to answer our questions. Thank you so much for a great week.

Aline was a great host who made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. The house had cleaning of the common areas every day which was great since we were a big group staying for the week. The house is very beautiful and a great place to stay when visiting Biarritz!

We had a great time at the house even though the weather was rather moderate. Even on a rainy day, it can be endured very comfortably in the great house with 14 people. The kitchen is well equipped and when the sun comes out it is wonderful in the pool and on the large property. The house is very quiet and the privacy absolutely respected. All in all an absolute recommendation!

We had a great time with friends. Wenda and Manuel are very friendly, welcoming and available. The house is spacious and very well-equipped. And the little extra that makes all the difference is the outdoor space: the summer kitchen is fully equipped and the outdoor bathroom is really nice. We'll save the address for next time:)

We felt right at home, the Agency was very helpful ! The home is surrounded by a lot of trees and is very peaceful. The rooms are spacious even the « TV ROOM ». Kitchen has all the amenities for stay at home lunch and diner. The pacio is perfect for dinner and apero !

Villa as described. The kitchen is well equipped, the garden is fenced and the pool is very nice (and heated). Bedding is clean and comfortable. Bikes available (very convenient to go to the beach). Lovely villa with a fantastic warm pool surrounded by plenty of relaxing and eating areas. Stylish and clean villa with en-suites in every room and was a great space for 9 of us. The location is superb, short walk to the town with next to no traffic making it very kid friendly. The town itself is lovely with lots of great restaurants, cafes, creperies and shops. An amazing and fun beach is just a very short drive or 20 minute walk away. Friendly neighbours too made this a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

What a lovely location for two families with young children. The setting is tucked away in the trees but positioned so the swimming pool and lawn gets lots of sunshine. the outside covered searing area meant most of the time was spent outside and the pool being heated was excellent. cannot recommend enough. a lovely house and a 5 minute drive to Moliets beach. Aurelie was excellent at communicating and the guidance offered perfect. The host and accommodation makes for a holiday you will remember!!

Arthur is a very nice and responsive host from the time of booking. He was very welcoming on arrival with clear information about the accommodation and the outdoor environment. The house is very nice, modern, clean, bright, very nice ceiling height in the living room and the bay windows overlooking the garden are very nice. We also enjoyed the proximity to both the Basque Country (Biarritz, Biadard, Bayonne, etc.) and the Landes (Hossegor, etc.). Also, if you have children they will be delighted to benefit from many board games and toys ;-) Finally the house is located in a small very quiet village and with excellent shops (second world medal cheese maker), wine shop, baker, butcher…. In a word, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa without a second thought! Thanks again Arthur for letting us have such a pleasant stay!

We had an exceptional stay! The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. The setting is simply idyllic: quiet, greenery, a beautiful swimming pool to relax, many terraces and the weather was great. A true haven of peace. Everything was perfect, from the location to the maintenance of the house. The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated and the setting is sublime Check-in and check-out being independent, we were left to organize ourselves as we wanted. I recommend it!!

Ideal quiet location on foot and by bike from the town center and all the activities forest, lake and beach. Very clean, easy to live in, bright and well arranged modern house for a parental space well separated from the rest of the bedrooms. Dream stay!
