An excellent house, very nice, spacious and comfortable. A great idea to enjoy with family and friends. The hosts are always attentive and very friendly. I would definitely come back.

The space met my expectations, upon arrival it was very clean, equal to the photos on the page and with very nice welcome details (flowers, sweets and food). During my stay Alicia was always very attentive to my needs but respectful of my privacy. The additional items I requested were delivered quickly and in excellent condition, most of these were new. The neighborhood is very quiet, you get shops and supermarkets with ease. It has the Subte 5 blocks away (Line D - Tucumán Congressional Station) and bus stops 2 blocks away. I think the best thing was Alicia's warmth, always with a smile and very willing to help with what was needed. This is reflected in the space which is very nice. I was happy there. I would definitely go back to Casita del Sol, I hope to do it soon. The Saavedra neighborhood is still a very quiet and beautiful place, and this accommodation meets the same characteristics. Thank you very much to Javier who welcomed us perfectly!!

I thank Silvina, on the day of check-in, we had agreed to check in for 9:00 pm, but for some complications we arrived around 10:30 pm, they were very patient and waited for us, always with the best good wave, the house is great to spend a few days disconnected from everything, the pool 10, in the check-out they let us leave a few hours after the indicated, I recommend 100%

The casita is much nicer than what it shows in the pictures. With details in all environments and very comfortable. The patio is beautiful and the house is very ventilated.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos... I had a great time, it is a cozy apartment, everything was very tidy and clean. The furniture is impeccable. The balcony is great and quite private. Everything was very good, nice apartment, very well located 1 block from the Vicente Lopez river with a large park, quiet area, well equipped although the pots were a little small, the bathroom is spacious, the only flaws were a curtain that was not in very good condition and the refrigerator and oven were a little dirty when we arrived but nothing serious, I would return and recommend it

This is the second time I've spent a season here and as always I felt at home. The apartment has everything and is in a beautiful area with a lot to do :) In addition, Mariano is very proactive and communication is always very fast. I already have another date confirmed here and I recommend it for anyone who comes to Buenos Aires and wants to be in a quiet area like Núñez.

I stayed 3 months in this apartment and everything was wonderful. The balcony view is beautiful, and the sun shines on the entire apartment all day long. Everything works fine, I had no problems. The area is excellent. I would definitely stay here again. Carlos is very quick to respond and always attentive to what you need. Thank you for everything!

the apartment beautiful, super comfortable, has washing machine, tender and iron, a super equipped kitchen, plaza nearby, quiet area, ideal if you are traveling with children, and Andrea excellent host, always pending, and predisposed. we would definitely go back!

A very good place to stay. The hosts gave me the possibility on the same day to pass check-in very easily. The apartment is very well located, nearby there are bars and restaurants and nice parks to walk.

Very comfortable apartment, very bright, with a nice view, clean, with easy access to public transport. All facilities were in perfect condition and matched the apartment description. Nora was always very friendly, always listening and was able to adapt to our orders. With my partner and our baby we had an amazing three weeks!
