The apartment is beautiful! Perfect location. Clean, warm and super equipped with everything you need to have a nice stay and feel at home. It has a beautiful balcony terrace with city views. I'd like to highlight Alejandro's kindness and willingness. We are very grateful to him, as he responded quickly to our needs, and was flexible at check-in and check-out. Our trip to Buenos Aires was for medical studies and we felt very comfortable. I recommend it and of course we'll be back. Thank you Alejandro for having us!

Apartment in a privileged and safe area. Nearby park, river, jogging or biking trails, and very good restaurants and cafes less than a block away. The building is also safe, with a receptionist day and night, a security key to enter the building and to take the elevator or enter common areas. It has a very complete gym, and from there a tremendous view. The apartment complies with every detail of the listing, the desk is appreciated for those of us who work remotely. Despite being 1 room, it is spacious and private. Host Cinthia is very attentive, responds instantly and in a very respectful and courteous manner. A very good experience to recommend.

Without a doubt, this Airbnb goes to my priority list for the future, it has everything, a good kitchen, a good balcony, the two air conditioners work well, the bathroom is very good, the space is comfortable for two, the gym, 24/7 security, the area and best of all, communication with Angelina and Beto.

Very nice apartment, the bed is very comfortable. It is located in a location with access to wherever you want to reach and in the surroundings you have many options of rests, bars etc. Cecilia is super nice and decisive for whatever you need. I recommend it

I stayed for a month and I can't say a bad word about my stay at Gustavo and Nuria's apartment. It was very clean and welcoming, and had all the amenities that I needed during my stay. The location is excellent, very near Parque Saavedra and a abundance of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The subte (metro) is only a 10-15 minute walk away and the main road two blocks away has buses to pretty much everywhere. I would highly recommend this apartment!

The apartment is very well equipped, super complete, nothing was missing. The area is very quiet, the park is one block away and with markets nearby. The hosts were always very attentive to whether we needed anything and responded quickly. We left very early for the check-out and they adapted to that. Thank you.
